This fully renovated condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. It features its own dedicated water tank with a water softener and a comprehensive filtration system, including UV and sediment filters. A spacious laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Designed to accommodate traveling families or remote workers, the condo offers ample living space, dedicated work areas, and high-speed internet at 200 Mb.

- The condo complex has its own water tank, and this unit benefits from an additional backup water tank exclusively for its use. This extra tank stores water for the dry season, ensuring a reliable supply despite Guanacaste’s frequent water shortages.

- Internet speed of 200 Mb supports remote work and online activities.

Guest Access and Parking
- Owner parking is available, along with on-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note that the transition from the road to the parking area on the south side of the building is elevated; caution is advised to avoid vehicle damage.
- A security camera is installed at the main entrance to facilitate communication between guests and the host.
Water Usage Notice
Water is a precious resource in Guanacaste. Although the unit has a dedicated backup water tank, guests are asked to use water responsibly, especially from December through May when rainfall is scarce and the town may periodically shut off water to conserve supply.

One of the best Airbnbs we have rented. Seemed newly renovated. Very clean. Property was in great shape. Love that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Well appointed with everything that we needed. Host was super responsive whenever we reached out. Concierge very valuable too. Great location. Walkable to everything in Tamarindo and far enough off the main drag to avoid the noise. Easy access to the beach. Nice little pool for a quick cool off.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful three-floor condo. The space was upgraded, very clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived, which made it feel welcoming right away. The layout worked well for us (2 couples). The master bedroom is on the third floor (about 25 steps up), which gives it great privacy—but it definitely turns into a bit of a workout when you forget something upstairs! The two bedrooms on the second floor were also gorgeous, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic, with restaurants, stores, a gym, and the beach all close by. The pool and grounds were always tidy thanks to Francisco, the groundskeeper who kept everything looking great. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet the 3 Iguanas who live in the large tree on the property. The only small drawback was that conversations tended to carry when sitting on the third-floor balcony. Overall, we highly recommend this condo. It’s clean, comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location

The location of this condo was amazing! We were able to walk to the beach. Only thing was that the AC sensors had a timer and were shutting off often. Nights were warmer to sleep.

This place was super clean and modern. Very well finished. The extra washrooms were great, the laundry room-and the water system was all brand new and really nice (not always the case when you rent in Tamarindo). I would definitely recommend this place to rent! Easily accommodated the 5 people we had in our group. Three separate, private bedrooms and washrooms! Plus one extra washroom on the ground floor near kitchen and living room.

Anton’s place was amazing! We appreciated having our own laundry set up in the unit. Having a fridge with water filtration and ice was so fantastic! We also really loved the pool. We would recommend this place 100%. Clean and comfy! Also modern. We walked everyday to shops, restaurants and the beach.
