Casa Olam is a unique and special place, with easy access and in a very quiet area where you can enjoy our beautiful pool and BBQ area. Our accommodation has everything you need to have a great vacation. We are located just 2km from the best beaches in Guanacaste such as Conchal, Flamingo, Brasilito. You will find basic services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. The space Each of our spaces has great comfort for each of our guests. Our rooms have their corresponding beds, TV, air conditioning, and fan. They will also have a spacious and safe parking lot with an electric gate for your vehicles. Guest access Our guests will have private access to the pool and BBQ area. Our guests will only share the parking lot with those staying in our couple's loft, which is on the same property. They will not have to share any other areas. Other things to note Our pool has a filtering schedule which guarantees its cleanliness. The pool cleaning person will visit you two days a week. On the same property there is a loft for couples which is private, they only share the parking lot, not the pool or the BBQ area

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and BBQ area. The parking lot is shared only with guests staying in the couple’s loft located on the same property. No other areas are shared.

## Additional Information

The pool is maintained with a regular filtration schedule to ensure cleanliness. A pool maintenance professional visits twice a week.

The loft for couples on the property is private, sharing only the parking lot but not the pool or BBQ facilities.

The place was very clean and in a very accessible area for different nearby places, such as beaches and restaurants. Recommended.

Communication wasn’t too good, it could have better cleaning and more supplies like toilet paper. The place it’s great but the pool wasn’t clean enough and the pump it’s not working enough time.

Also, the times you called me, I answered and gave you the corresponding instructions. There are also essential supplies for 2 to 3 days, such as toilet paper, laundry soap, bath soap, disinfectant, bleach, etc. Regarding the pool, the pump runs for the time necessary to ensure, in conjunction with the pool products, that the water is in a usable condition. However, I understand that some guests believe that if the pump is not running, the pool cannot be used, which is completely untrue, as no pump can run 24/7 without getting damaged. In addition, the road leading to the pool is not paved, so it is impossible for there to be no dust. For this reason, we sent the pool attendant over immediately. I appreciate your understanding.

We had a wonderful experience staying here and would definitely recommend it. The place looks exactly like the photos, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house is very well equipped with everything you might need for a large family or group stay. The space is spacious, cozy, and perfect for big groups. We really appreciated how responsive and kind the host was , she replied quickly to all our questions and made the whole stay smooth and easy. The only small suggestion would be to provide a bit more basic supplies for longer stays. We stayed from Tuesday to Friday and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 10 guests, so having extra available would be very helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay at Aileen's. The location was excellent—close to the beach and several restaurants.  The rooms were exactly as described and accommodated my family comfortably. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool after our excursions.

The house is as shown in the photos, Aileen was always attentive, always responded to messages quickly. The stay was very good. Everything was very nice.

we really like it, the only issue that we found was the access to the home, because the street to get to the home was full of holes and dirt. And the Wi-Fi didn't work; it was very slow. But everything else was pretty nice. Thanks

This Airbnb was beautiful, peaceful, comfortable beds and matched the pictures provided. The location is great as it close to the beach but not on the Main Street so pretty quiet. The place was very clean but it was missing extra toilet paper and other bathroom essentials. The kitchen did have all utensils needed + salt, sugar and coffee but that was it no extras so make sure to pack or make a stop before getting to the Airbnb.

Casa Olam is a great spot. Clean, private, and well equipped. The road is a bit rustic which takes some getting used to, but the place is fantastic. Aileen is responsive and helpful.

We had a great family weekend. The house has all the comforts and details to not worry about anything during the stay in the place, the pool is clean and clean, the outdoor area was our favorite. The location is excellent with beaches a few minutes away, we will definitely return God through.

As a recommendation, the pool must be cleaned every day, when we arrived it was clean but the other days they did not clean it and the house is for many guests. They should also leave basic cleaning articles such as trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen towels.

Como recomendacion, la piscina la deben limpiar todos los días, cuando llegamos estaba limpia pero los demas dias no la limpiaban y la casa es para muchos huespedes. Ademas deben dejar articulos basicos de limpieza como bolsas de basura, papel higienico, toallas de cocina.

Muchas gracias por su recomendación, las piscinas no es recomendable ponerles exceso de productos ya que puede ocasionar daños a las personas, está garantizada la limpieza de la misma con el horario de filtrado, también los huéspedes deben de ser conscientes de no ingresar con productos en el cuerpo ya que eso ocasiona la suciedad de el agua!!!

The location was fabulous, as was the pool! The waterfall cannot be self controlled and only turns on at certain times. Unfortunately, the host was very hard to communicate with and the gate to get into the house broke multiple times which required fixing throughout our stay there. Other than this, the house was clean and inviting!

Awesome house with great amenities and a lot of things to do near the place

1000 characters aren't enough to describe how awful my family vacation turned out to be because of this place, the issues that we ran into and the poor customer service from the host. 1. The garage was shared with a loft and this was an inconvenience since the advertisement did not say anything about it and we paid extra to bring our small pet and we ran the risk of the dog escaping and he is like a member of the family. 2. The pool waterfall does not work. 3. We brought food to be prepared on the grill and there was no gas to use the grill. 4. On the second day we had plans and tours already paid that started really early in the morning but we missed them cause the electricity went out in 90% of the property early in the morning so we couldn't leave the property. Finally we managed to get out and had to improvise a new place to stay which meant higher rates due to the short term planning for 9 people. Just spent one night on the property and the host does not give money back.

Vinicio siento mucho que mi alojamiento no fuese de su agrado, el mi anuncio está muy especificado que dentro de la propiedad se encuentra un loft y que el parqueo se comparte no veo cuál fue su incomodidad si es un parqueo amplio y nadie te obstaculizó la salida o ingreso a la casa, el inconveniente con la luz no fue responsabilidad de mi propiedad, tanto así que le envié el número de reporte que la cooperativa me facilitó este es algo que puede ocurrir en mi alojamiento o cualquier otro. Recomiendo leer con detenimiento las instrucciones de el alojamiento antes de realizar la reservación para que no te ocurran este tipo de mal entendidos como el de su mascota. Con respecto a la devolución de su dinero hiciste la solicitud por el app y se debe de cumplir el proceso ya que estás solicitándome un monto mayor a el que yo recibí!!
