Villas Costa Bella Studio #1 ~ Close to the Beach

I have stayed numerous places in Guiones and this one remains to be my favorite. The location, the service, the ambiance of the property, the security, the simple yet sophisticated amenities from the bed linens to the private outside porch really are top notch. I highly recommend this place to any traveler/s visiting guiones. It’s a short walking distance to the beach, board/atv/bike rentals, restaurants, bars, mini markets, yoga studios, and you can walk down a nature trail and be in South Guiones in five minutes. This place is the best!

Everything was exactly as pictured, very well organized and provided a ton of information to make my stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved the location. It was within walking distance of great yoga shalas, restaurants, and, most importantly, the beach! It was also the perfect place for a solo female traveler. I felt very safe, and the staff at Villa Costa Bella went over and beyond! I hope to make this a yearly tradition. Pura vida!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. It was absolutely perfect for our little family. With a baby, safety and cleanliness are our top priorities—and we felt completely at ease during our time here. The gated entrance and security staff offered great peace of mind. Honestly, the place is even nicer and more private in person than the photos suggest. Everything was so well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Susan was wonderful—communicative before, during, and even after our arrival, which made everything feel seamless. The location was also ideal. It’s not right in the middle of all the busyness, but still just a short walk away from everything. The pool was perfect for our little one, and we also appreciated the common area as an additional space to enjoy. All in all, it was a great value and a lovely experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

we are repeat guests! That should say it all. Susan has guests rooms and villas perfect for a couple or a whole family. Great location, clean, comfortable and great communication. we loved our room again and we are thinking about coming back to rent a villa with our adult children. There are some great places to stay in Nosara and we put Susan’s at the top of the list.

The location was everything, it was perfect, lovely setting with just a few Villas. It was just the 2 of us so the studio size was perfect. Susan put us in touch with a wonderful, friendly driver that picked us up at the airport. We walked everywhere we went so had no use for a car. The beautiful beach was a short 3 min walk. The pool was so nice to have during the very warm afternoons. We loved the covered patio space for morning coffee & reading. The first part of our stay was very peaceful and quiet, the last few days came with some road noise as they were tearing up the road in front of the complex and laying paving stone. By the time we left it looked beautiful and was pretty much all done, so whom ever was staying after us would find it quiet. We understand they are continually make improvements to roads to make better for both the locals and tourists. Thanks Susan, we will be back Lisa & Scott

VCB was modern, clean, and a great location. I hope to be able to book there again. But Guiones is definitely very popular. I was disappointed in the restaurants (not Susan’s fault), although I did find a few I really liked. The overall scene was much more “hip” than I was expecting. I’d say the Aspen of Central America. But what an incredible surfing 🏄 beach, for ALL levels (I’m a beginner). You can’t go wrong with Susan’s place!!

Great spot! Everything was comfortable and well designed. The pool is a vibe and the location is perfect for going to the beach or dinner!

Our stay at Susan's Studio #1 casita was an absolute joy. Check-in was easy as co-host Reiner met us and walked us through all the amenities that Villas Costa Bella offered. Our Studio #1 was well prepared, super clean and we felt at home within the first 30 minutes. The shared salt water pool was a treat to cool off during the hot afternoons and to float in as we looked up at our February full-moon. The housekeeping completed three times a week was a welcomed bonus. The kitchen and access to the BBQ allowed us to make some simple meals in-between dining out. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the trails that have been established by the local authorities. Simply put, it was exactly what we needed to enjoy the treasures of Nosara. As Airbnb Super Host for a five year period, we easily recommend Villas Costa Bella to those people who would travel to Nosara.
