Casa Guadua is an apartament, design for two people. 20 minutes walking to the puerto viejo villages, you find , restaurants,farmacy, ATM. 3 minutes walking, you can find a chocolate laboratory, and botanical garden( finca la isla permaculture farm). on your way to the beach. The nearest beach is black sand is 5 minutes walking from casa Guadua, also on your way to the beach you will find a small grocery shop, a private health care 40 minutes walking you get to Cocles beach . The space casa Guadua has a stairs with floor door

La atención de Kimaura es única, la verdad nos sentimos súper bien con ella y es una persona demasiado amable. Desde la parte trasera del alojamiento se logran ver animales, nosotros vimos varías veces guatusas. El alojamiento estaba súper limpió y tienen de todo para uno hacer su propia comida. El agua en el alojamiento es potable, para que no se tengan que preocupar por ese aspecto. Nada más deben de considerar que el alojamiento se encuentra en un segundo piso.

La casa está en una buena ubicación, muy limpia, amplia y cómoda. La atención fue excelente, desde antes de llegar, hasta cuando llegamos y durante la estacia, Kimaura estuvo muy atenta en todo momento a nosotros y con muy buena disposición. Se sintió un trato amable y cálido, en definitiva volveríamos.

- Kimaura's "staff" that might check you in is a tuk tuk driver named Valentino. He lives next door to you and I only saw him with other Italians during the time I was there. - It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, through a road that is somewhat empty for half of the way except for some dogs then another stretch of that same road that has normal people mixed with drug addicts. - Valentino is not super open to non-Italians if he is not getting paid to drive them around. That's a bit of an understatement. In general, he and the people he had over had a rather sketchy vibe. Being able to hear him clearly through the wall didn't make this better at all. - The location is definitely quiet for Puerto Viejo, but you will have some distance to cover to get anywhere. The mini-market that is 7 minutes away mostly has snacks and the lady there tried to overcharge me when she realized that I was an English speaker. There is still a little sound of music at night. - Kimaura is very attentive.

Hemos estado súper a gusto en este alojamiento. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y la atención de la anfitriona es excelente, muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, algo que queremos remarcar. Además, está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del pueblo y también de la playa. Sin duda, una gran opción en Puerto Viejo.

Recomendamos muchísimo hospedarse con Kimaura. Ella es una SÚPER HOST, el departamento está excelentemente equipado con todo lo que se necesita y más, los detalles súper bien pensados, limpísimo y además muy bien ubicado para visitar todo desde puerto viejo. Sin duda volveríamos! La pasamos increíble y nos sentimos súper cómodos.

What a nice place to stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. It was surprisingly cool at night with the fan, so no AC wasn't a problem. The forest behind allowed us to see monkeys and tocans right from the kitchen! It's only a few minutes to walk to the beach and town. We appreciated being jn a quiet location. Kimaura was an excellent host, she checked in to make sure everything was ok. We really appreciate being able to find such a nice, affordable place to stay.

El lugar es muy bonito y muy fresco. Es muy tranquilo y agradable. Los vecinos son muy amables. Se puede cocinar libremente porque tiene todo lo necesario. Es muy limpio, lleno de naturaleza viva. Se escucha todo tipo de animales silvestres, incluso los congos dan concierto ja, ja, ja. No puede faltar el gallo que te despierta por las mañanas con si kikiriki. Me gustaría recomendarselo a toda mi familia y amigos y todos los que quieran ir a relajarse unos días. Kimaura es una nota 100, excelente persona.

Kimaura nous a trés bien accueilli, elle a été très disponible. Son logement trés propre était également agréable, spacieux, et le centre ville Puerto Viejo accessible à pieds.
