Each of the five bedrooms provides a peaceful sanctuary for rest, with cozy beds and stunning sunrise views over the ocean. The bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with modern fixtures, offering a spa-like atmosphere for pampering yourself during your stay.

Outdoor amenities include a private pool, hot tub, and putting green, allowing you to relax and enjoy true coastal bliss. The expansive deck features comfortable seating and hammocks, perfect for soaking in the fresh ocean breeze or watching mesmerizing sunsets.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, including outdoor spaces and the terrace. Use of the Santa Carmela Beach Club, pools, and tennis courts is also included.

Please note that one of the five bedrooms is a separate casita with its own private en suite bathroom. The casita is accessed from the exterior patio near the kitchen.

Important Notes

• The hot tub heating is limited to four hours per day to help keep nightly rates affordable.
• The pool is not heated.
• Air conditioning units are preset to maintain a comfortable temperature and should not be set below 22°C (72°F) to avoid freezing and damage. Guests will be responsible for any repair costs if the units are damaged.
• Keep doors and windows closed while running the air conditioning to prevent malfunctions.
• Only five additional visitors beyond registered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Drone use is prohibited by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and may result in fines.
• The Santa Carmela HOA requires a photo or scan of identification for every guest staying in the home. IDs will be requested via Airbnb messaging before arrival. Timely submission is necessary to avoid delays at security.
• Guests must comply with all Santa Carmela HOA rules and regulations. Any fines incurred will be charged through Airbnb, and unpaid fines may result in denied neighborhood access.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Security strictly enforces noise limits during these times to prevent fines. Please keep noise at a conversational level.
