The Space
Located on the 7th floor of the El Cantil complex, this condo offers stunning views and comfortable accommodations. Ideal for families or larger groups, this three-bedroom vacation home can accommodate up to eight guests.
There are two spacious master suites, each featuring king beds, terrace access, and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Wake up to sunlight reflecting on the water and enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive private terrace. The outdoor area provides ample space to dine while watching the sunset over the sea.
The living area, dining space, and kitchen share an open layout, allowing you to enjoy the scenic views throughout the day. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, bright and welcoming. Dining seating is available for six people, along with a raised bar that has three chairs.
Central air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable environment. Additionally, a Vonage phone line is available for free long-distance calls.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and full use of the common areas within the complex.
Location
The condo is conveniently situated across the street from a major grocery store and cinema. It is just a short walk from excellent shopping and gourmet dining options.
One of the highlights of this complex is its prime waterfront location, allowing guests to snorkel and swim at any time. The property features a natural grotto with steps leading directly into the sea, as well as a swimming pool.
Please note that nearby construction will take place Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, between July 17 and November 29. Noise may be noticeable during these hours. No refunds will be issued for this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

- Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,500. While accidents happen, intentional or negligent damage may result in additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
- A strict no-tolerance policy is enforced regarding parties and loud noise. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, noise monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may lead to fines up to $1,000, possible eviction, and potential legal action.
- Please be aware that noise from a neighboring resort may be heard.
- During January and February, noise related to Carnaval and local events is possible.

The condo itself was amazing. The host at Five Star was also amazing. Super clean and gorgeous views. The proximity to the stores was also a huge perk. The balcony provides plenty of space to enjoy sunsets and happy hour. The absolute highlights or maybe I should say the unexpected highlights were the incredible water pressure and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

This place is phenomenal. The location is perfect-directly across the street from the grocery store, far enough away from Centro to avoid the cruise crowd but close enough to walk to all the amazing restaurants or snag a taxi. We dove with Aldora divers and they picked us up directly from the condo dock. The condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly well stocked-tons of pool towels, all the kitchen necessities, even a small cooler and insulated cups to bring down to the pool. The pool itself was great and we hardly saw another person there the whole week plus it has a hot tub for cooler evenings. They even have a fresh water dunk tank for dive gear. 10/10 stay-we were so sad to leave and already planning a return trip.

This is a very comfortable condo in one of the best locations in Cozumel. Directly across the street from 2 large grocery stores with everything you could want. Walkable to many restaurants and an easy taxi ride to the rest of town. The management was promptly responsive to a small need that we had.

De las mejores experiencias de AirBnB que he vivido, todo me gustó pero nombraré lo que más llamó mi atención: Vista espectacular (amaneceres y atardeceres de ensueño), la piscina infinito con poca gente lo mejor, el cantil muy lindo. El departamento súper lindo y exactamente como en las fotos. La televisión de la sala enorme y con acceso a plataformas me encantó. La calidad de camas, sábanas, colchones y servicio de limpieza excelentísimo. Hay un súper mercado cruzando la calle y eso para mi es importante. Y la ubicación respecto a restaurantes y centro también muy conveniente. Pasé excelentes momentos con mi familia.

Overall, this was a place to stay. This was our third time to the area and the two previous times were at Airbnb’s further north. It was so convenient being right across from a large grocery store and walkable distance from the main area of town. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. The only down side for us (and it’s minor & this is families with multiple small kids) is not having access to washer / dryer and no floor cleaning supplies being available. We have 4 kids so we need to be able to sweep everyday after meals. The maid service was fantastic every third day, but I just like to keep clean floors after all meals. Also, I didn’t realize there wasn’t access to the washer/ dryer in the unit until we arrived. But that’s not on the owner’s part—I just assumed bc each of the other locations we visited provided access to laundry. Also, there was no first aid kit. My son took a fall while we were out so that would have been helpful. The maid does a FANTASTIC job as well!

We could not have been happier with our choice. Condo was beautiful and was in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and helpful. Luis was awesome. The condo and the property was very clean and well maintained. The convenience of the grocery store across the street, location, and gorgeous views from our balcony were amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a perfect vacation and a beautiful spacious place to call home for a week!
