Wildlife and Safety
The property is surrounded by a large garden and lake, home to a variety of wildlife including iguanas, wild ducks, parrots, toucans, and oropendolas. Guests can observe these animals in their natural habitat.
Daily monitoring of the lake is conducted to detect any crocodiles. If one is found, it is safely relocated to a secure area to protect all visitors. Since the house was built in 2011, only one crocodile has been removed.
For safety reasons, children and pets should always be supervised by an adult and must not approach the lake alone.

Kim and her husband were delightful. Their place perfectly fit our group of 9 people. Having private bathrooms per bedrooms was awesome. POOL was amazing. Close to so many wonderful fun things to do. Book it! Worth every penny.

La casa es simplemente una belleza, con espacios internos bellísimos para compartir con grupos grandes. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y la comunicación fue muy buena. Mi única sugerencia sería agregar un poco más de iluminación a la zona de la piscina. Definitivamente volvería.

We had a great stay overall! The place is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was amazing and we really enjoyed our time there. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. One of the outdoor couches had many frogs underneath the cushion, which made it difficult to use comfortably. Also, on our last day, both the electricity and water went out twice. Aside from that, everything else was spectacular and we truly enjoyed the property. We would still recommend it and appreciate the experience!

it is a very nice property for large groups. it is about 25 minutes from MA bit there is a littke place near by. Overall, great experience.
