A newly paved road provides private and secluded access to the property, while still allowing easy connection to the community within a 20 to 25-minute drive.
From the house, enjoy panoramic views of the blue Pacific Ocean as you relax by the infinity pool or prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen. The single-level residence includes outdoor security cameras and a pool alarm system for added safety. Concierge services are also available to enhance your stay.
High in the lush green hills of Costa Rica, the atmosphere here moves at a gentle pace. Cool, fresh breezes flow through every room, accompanied by birdsong and the scent of rain-soaked earth. Instead of facing a blank wall or busy street, your view opens to an expansive sky and the sparkling Pacific on the horizon. Designed and built by architect Mario Vargas, this stunning home blends natural beauty with breathtaking views of the Cerro valley and Pacific Ocean visible from every room. The entire front wall is made of glass and opens onto a 30-foot infinity pool, outdoor showers, and a built-in firepit area. The beautifully landscaped exterior gardens invite guests to connect with nature while enjoying luxurious comfort.
Inside, an interior garden courtyard offers a peaceful retreat where you can relax in a hanging wicker chair or soak up the sun on loungers by the pool deck. The property is located within a gated, private community with security access for owners and guests.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The home features three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
- The primary bedroom includes a large bathroom with a shower and private access to a secluded garden.
- Each bedroom has a full glass wall with direct access to the deck.
- Bedrooms two and three each contain both a queen bed and a double bed.
- Blackout curtains are provided for guests who prefer to sleep in.

This residence offers one-level living with easy access to all rooms, gardens, and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for cooking and dining.

Safety and Additional Notes
- The home is located on mountainous terrain with some rough and unimproved roads. A 4-wheel drive vehicle and confident driving skills are recommended for travel.
- Children and pets should always be supervised, especially near the pool area.
- The pool is not gated but is equipped with an alarm system that can be activated as needed.
- Diving or jumping into the pool is prohibited due to insufficient water depth, as such activities pose serious safety risks.
- Costa Rica’s infrastructure is still developing, so occasional issues may arise. The concierge service is available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Wow, Five Stars across the board for our stay at Steady As You Go. This place is even better than the pictures. We had 3 couples and stayed for a full week - everything was great. The house is definitely located 12-15 mins up on a very steep and bumpy road - but worth every pothole/crater once you get there. The pool and outdoor space was the MVP of our stay and being able to fully open the wall of windows to have an indoor/outdoor space was incredible. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped and the house even comes with beach towels and shopping bags. They have it all for you. The Vacation Rentals Team - Camila, Rebeca, and others - were totally awesome and incredible to work with. We will definitely be back.

Well, this place is remarkable. The engineering and architecture are impeccably entuned with the surroundings. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A true slice of paradise perfectly placed on the side of mountain. The hosts were most accommodating but also allowed us our privacy to truly immerse ourselves into the experience.

WOW. This place was absolutely amazing and a luxury dream vacation. We absolutely adored it. My husband is an architect so from a design standpoint, we so appreciated the beautiful design, thoughtful layout and materials. We loved that we could cook dinner at night and still have eyes on our kids in the pool. We loved that there was an outdoor table to eat at right outside the kitchen. The firepit and starry skies were such a delight. It was one amazing thing after another. We loved the outdoor swing to read in and relax and saw howler monkeys from the trees almost every morning. The views are breath taking! The beds were comfortable, air conditioning wonderful, there were towels to bring to the beach. Everything was so thought out. On top of the beautiful place and amenities, Rebeca, the co-host is THE BEST I've ever had. SO responsive, helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we were at home. THANK YOU!!! We will definitely be back!

The home and location are absolutely beautiful!! You will need a rental with four wheel drive though! Although the location is about 20mins outside of Nosara, it’s well worth the drive!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here - although the property is difficult to get too … we felt it was well worth the very bumpy dirt roads, steep inclines and about a 20 minute ride from the main road. We didn’t have a 4x4 because there was six of us - but we took it slow and got used to the drive within a day. The views are incredible from the pool and it was the perfect holiday getaway for our family. Pablo was wonderful to deal with and was responsive to our questions both before and after arrival. Despite a 6 hour power outage for New Year’s Eve which was a bummer we would give this stay, this property and this host overall, 10/10!
