Beautiful apartment , perfect location, clean , but needs AC  it gets very hot . But overall we enjoy our stay.

Gorgeous apartments with a fresh renovation. It was very pleasant to stay there. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floor was very dirty — it wasn’t noticeable at first glance, but after walking around the apartment barefoot, the soles of our feet turned black. Also, one of the beds had dirty bed linen on it. The duvet cover had some kind of stains on it, and the sheet had strange marks as well. It was very unpleasant, and we had to figure out an alternative sleeping arrangement for the first night and wash the bedding ourselves. I also think the stay would be much more comfortable if cleaning were included every few days for guests staying longer than 2–3 days. Trash bags fill up, and it’s not really clear where guests are supposed to dispose of them.

The apartment is modern and spacious, however, when we arrived at the apartment it was dirty. The toilet with the flush not pulled, the rugs with food on them, the stained sheets, the dirty floor. They left a bottle of cooking oil without oil, there was only one fork, there were no coffee filters, and they had to send them. The hand soap was of low quality and all liquid. The truth is that the apartment was a bit neglected and there was a little mess. Melissa resolved everything later, but for the money that was being paid, it should have been clear when we arrived. The couch was full of hair and the refrigerator was dirty with food. They are also building another block, and our car was getting a lot of dust. The balcony facing the property next door was beautiful, since there was a garden with beautiful trees in front. During the day you can hear the train a lot, but at night it's very quiet. The gym was very clean.

El apartamento es moderno y espacio, sin embargo, cuando llegamos al apártamento estaba sucio. El baño con la cadena sin bajar, las alfombras con comida, las sábanas manchadas, el piso sucio. Dejaron una botella de aceite para cocinar sin aceite, solo había un tenedor, no habían filtros de café y tuvieron que mandar. El jabón de manos era de baja calidad todo líquido, la verdad tienen descuidado un poco el apartamento y había un poco de desorden. Melissa resolvió todo después pero por el dinero que se estaba pagando debió estar nítido cuando llegamos. El sofá estaba lleno de pelos y la Refri sucia con comida. Además están construyendo otro bloque y nuestro carro se llenaba muchísimo de polvo. El balcón hacia la propiedad de a la par era hermoso ya que al frente había un jardín con árboles hermosos. En el día se escucha mucho el tren pero en la noche es muy tranquilo. El gimnasio estaba bien limpio.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We stayed there for a few days with the family. The location is excellent, and the view of the mountains is beautiful. The bedrooms are a bit hot since they don't have air conditioning, but overall, we had a great time.

This was my forth trip To Costa Rica, this was my first time taking my family over. This was the ideal accommodations, modern, private, great location and awesome customer service all around. Melissa our host was there every step to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Hats off to the security team. We will be booking again in the near future. Awesome spot, and the views of the mountains are priceless.

Melissa is a superhost indeed! Her place is a perfect hidden gem just a block from the main street that goes through Escazú with plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment complex is beautiful and quiet with a great social space, bbqs, swing hammocks and large pool. The apartment itself has amazing views of the neighbouring garden with Papaya and Mango trees as well as picturesque views of the mountains in the distant backdrop. While centrally located in one of the best areas just outside the city of San José, it still feels like you are somewhere in the mountains. I lived in the Costa Rican Central Valley on and off for nearly 7 years over a period of 15 years, and this apartment was one of the best places I have stayed while visiting the city since moving back home. It truly feels like a spacious home away from home with all the necessary amenities such as a laundry room and fully equipped kitchen for home chefs! The security staff is also extremely welcoming! I would stay again!

We really enjoyed this home as a family of 4 with two young children. It was very spacious, clean and the perfect location close to everything. I would love to return back to this home later this year and upcoming trips, however, only if they install an air conditioner in the master bedroom. It really affected our sleep. During the day it didn’t matter but at night it was very difficult to sleep. We left the sliding door & blinds open in order to get airflow in the room bc the fans were not efficient but this also wasn’t the best solution because it was bright and noisy

I loved the airbnb! It's exactly as seen in the photos and very comfortable. Also, in one of the best places in Costa Rica, I don't regret staying there at all. Sometimes, nothing more, communication with Melissa was not very good in certain situations because it takes time to respond. But otherwise, very friendly and helpful when giving instructions and so on. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you're coming with family or friends.

En algunas ocasiones, nada más, la comunicación con Melissa no fue muy buena ante ciertas situaciones porque se tarda en responder. Pero por lo demás, muy amable y atenta cuando debe dar instrucciones y demás. Recomiendo mucho este airbnb si vienen en familia o con amigos.

We selected this location due to the closeness to several family members and their homes. It was also close to everything, lots of great restaurants, several markets, very walkable, close to the church where the family wedding took place. Also several GF restaurants for my celiac daughter. Everyone speaks English. At this time of the year leaving rainy season going into dry season, it’s a perfect month and not as pricey. There is no AC which can be problematic in the warmer months, the host did provide fans for the bedrooms. The views of San Jose and the mountains was spectacular and the facilities /gym were very modern along with the pool.

We were a whole month in the property, the apartment looks just like the pictures, the area is stunning in its beauty but it is important for me to note that when I arrived at the apartment the shower and the sink in the kitchen were dirty. I contacted the host who was very pleasant and she offered to send a cleaning service in the next few days but I already cleaned myself. The little details were important to me. Also, there was a TV malfunction that the host wrote that she would send a technician, but it wasn't taken care of until the end of my stay.  In conclusion - a stunning place, close to everything, quiet and pleasant.

היינו חודש שלם בנכס, הדירה נראת ממש כמו בתמונות האיזור מהמם ביופיו אבל חשוב לי לציין שכשהגעתי לדירה המקלחת והכיור במטבח היו מלוכלכים .. פניתי למארחת שהייתה מאוד נעימה והיא הציעה לי לשלוח בימים הבאים שירות נקיון אך כבר ניקיתי בעצמי. הפרטים הקטנים היו חשובים לי.. בנוסף, היתה תקלה בטלוויזיה שהמארחת כתבה שתשלח טכנאי אבל זה לא טופל עד סיום השהות שלי.  לסיכום - מקום מהמם , קרוב להכל, שקט ונעים.

We had a great time staying at Melissa’s apartment in Escazú. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the apartment itself is spacious and set within a condominium that offers nice amenities. Melissa was a very attentive host, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. On the downside, the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, which can make it warm at times. The windows also feel unsafe as they don’t have proper security and one could potentially fall out. Some of the furniture is also a bit rundown and could use an update. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the great location, size, and Melissa’s attentiveness, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.

Second time staying here, beautiful modern and comfortable apartment with great views and amenities such as on site security, parking and pool. Melissa is a great host, good communication.

Had a lovely stay at the condo.  As advertised, it was close to many restaurants and services.   The neighborhood and central square is across the main road and about a 25 minute walk up the hill. It's worth it to make the trip particularly if you are interested in the farmer's market on Saturday, which was great.

This is a fairly new condo in a peaceful and quiet road set apart from the chaos and noise of the main road. The balcony and windows face a peaceful open lot with trees, where we spotted birds daily. Not to mention the view of the Poas volcano. The place was clean, comfortable and very inviting with minimalist, yet stylish decor. Melissa provided a pack and Play for the baby, and surpised us with some toys and a carseat. The only downsides to the place was that there is no AC. However, there are plenty of fans and a nice breeze flows through the tall windows and balcony doors. Also, be mindful that it may not be the safest place if you have small children, as the condo is located on the third floor and the windows are very low to the ground and do not have screens, or screen doors for the balconies. So you have to be very vigilant that they do not open the windows or crawl/walkout the balconies. Overall, it was a great place and I would recommend it.

We stayed for a month, with our two children, in Melissa's home and it was a very good choice for discovering Escazu and its surroundings. The apartment is really very pleasant, offering lots of natural light, a nice view. It is furnished and equipped with care and taste. We loved watching squirrels and parrots from the bedroom and living room windows. The condominium is peaceful and modern. I recommend the gym! The accommodation is located close to one of the main roads serving Escazu, which means quick access to a variety of quality activities and services. Communication with Melissa was smooth and efficient. I will definitely stay again in this remarkable home!

Nous avons séjourné un mois, avec nos deux enfants, dans le logement de Melissa et cela a été un très bon choix pour découvrir Escazu et ses environs. L'appartement est vraiment très plaisant, offrant beaucoup de lumière naturelle, une belle vue. il est meublé et équipé avec soin et avec goût. Nous avons été ravis d'observer les écureuils et les perroquets depuis la fenêtre des chambres et du salon. Le condomonio est paisible et moderne. Je recommande la salle de sport ! Le logement est situé à proximité d'un des axes principaux qui dessert Escazu, ce qui signifie un accès rapide à une diversité d'activités et de services de qualité. La communication avec Melissa a été fluide et efficace. Je séjournerai certainement de nouveau dans ce logement remarquable !

We love this place. This was our second stay this year and we are definitely planning on staying here again next time we visit Costa Rica.

My stayed at Melissa’s place was very nice. The apartment has great natural light and you can see huge mango trees and palm trees from the living room. In the mornings I could see a lot parrots flying around the mango’s trees. The kitchen is really nice too. We mainly cook breakfast. We had a car to go places such as Multiplaza mall and Avenida Escazu.  The Escazu area has a lot of places to eat as well.  I use a wheelchair and this apartment is spacious to move around. The main bathroom is also pretty big and fits a shower chair that I brought with me .  The windows have blackout blinds which I like.  It gets hot during the day even during rain season due to humidity but there are free standing fans in each room.  Melissa’s was very responsive to all my questions and quick to register my guests. I highly recommend this apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous Escazú apartment! It's spacious, beautifully designed, and just minutes from everything you could need—shopping, dining, and the dentist. The master suite was a dream with its walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom, and the mountain views were just the cherry on top. Big thanks to Melissa for being super responsive and making everything easy for us. It felt like having a friend in the city looking out for us! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting San José. It’s a home away from home!

Great place and not to far from San Jose Airport. This spot was  perfect for me and my friends. Unfortunately this place doesn’t have AC. So it was super hot and took a while to cool down . Beside that it was a great location. fairly new property and quiet.

Comfortable place to land for first few days in Costa Rica though not much close walking distance. I might want to be more central if they’re for longer. Lovely and comfortable and clean place tho

We loved our stay at Melissa's! Super close to everywhere we wanted to go ie. coffee, groceries, great restaurants. Only an hour and a half from La Paz Waterfall Gardens, under two hours from the ocean.. we couldn't have enjoyed it more! Very spacious and tidy. The pool was great with an extra large kids pool area / tiny playground on the property perfect for our three year old. It had everything we could have wanted :). thanks for having us, Melissa!

Had a great stay. Brand new apartment, beautifully decorated with a modern cozy twist. Melissa is a great host, always responsive and her clear instructions made the check in easy. The apartment has lots of space, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We came for work, so internet speed was a plus. The kitchen is spacious and makes cooking more enjoyable because its integrated with the rest of the place. The location is very centric in the Escazu area, with lots of places to go within walking distance.This place is a true gem with an affordable price. Definitely coming back soon!

Gorgeous new condo on a fantastic location!  Clean, elegant, secure and private apartment with upscale features, a large kitchen and pretty much everything we needed to feel right at home.  Superb location, very close to multiple restaurants and shopping in the Escazu and Guachipelin areas.  Melissa, our host, was very responsive and we always had an answer to our questions within a few minutes.  Melissa's place is definitely a jewel and wouldn't hesitate to come back again!  Fully recommended!

Beautiful new condo in such a great community and the location can’t be beat. I was here for 9 nights to recover from surgery and it was a perfect oasis! I would stay here again and I definitely recommend this place!

Super nice brand new condo with high ceilings, very large windows overlooking trees with a lovely viw of the city and mountains, quality furniture , well-equipped kitchen and a fine pool, outdoor social area and gym. Well located walking distance from restaurants and shops but on a quiet street.
