The Space

The main floor is open and inviting, with a bright living area, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining space for eight. These areas flow effortlessly onto covered terraces and a private pool. Natural light, contemporary furnishings, and neutral tones combine to create a laid-back, beach-inspired ambiance that reflects the Costa Rican coastline.
Outside, two large terraces—one shaded and one sunlit—surround the pool and garden, providing ideal spots for lounging, reading, yoga, or dining outdoors. In the evenings, gentle ocean breezes and the sounds of nature from the nearby hillside enhance the peaceful setting.
Upstairs, two of the master suites open onto private terraces offering partial ocean views, while the third suite is located on the main floor with direct access to the pool area. Each suite includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and premium linens.

This was an amazing stay! The house and amenities are way better than what you can see in pictures, clean and beautiful pool, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, safe environment to share in family. Zindis Hospitality staff was super responsive, helped us to organize tours and proactively suggesting things to do near our place. Check-in/Check-out and instructions were easy and they were always communicating with us to ensure the best experience. Our family is looking forward to repeating vacations at Hermosa in this charming house!

Alex and Edgar were really responsive and welcoming. The house was amazing and great for a decent sized group. The chef provided by the group was very professional and the dinner was amazing. We encountered a little problem but the group was very helpful in resolving the issue as well as accommodating us in other ways. I’d recommend staying at any of the houses under this group. One thing that may annoy some people is the pool requires daily cleaning with the provided net since the backyard is encompassed by some trees. Otherwise the pool was very well maintained.

We can not say enough about Cass Blanca and Zindi's management team (Edgar). The home exceeds the expectations of the photos. It is beautiful and spacious. The decor and art work throughout is so well thought out making for a peaceful and warm welcoming environment. All three bedrooms have king size beds which were very comfortable, each bedrooms ensuite bathroom was clean,spacious and fully stocked. The walk in closets were large and had plenty of hangers. The kitchen was beyond amazing. We have been to many Airbnb's over the years and this one was by far the best appointed. There is a dishwasher as well as everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The pool area is large and private. The location of this property is also fantastic. You do get some occasional noise from traffic but you are able to walk to everything. Our manager Edgar was amazing. His responses were always quick, friendly and helpful. He is a wonderful representative for the Zindi group.

Loved the place! Zindis group was really attentive and responsive. They gave us lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. The house was beautiful and it looks exactly like the pictures.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and came with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was great—close to both Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco, which made exploring the area super convenient. The property management team was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with water pressure, but it was addressed quickly and efficiently, with great communication the whole time. Overall, a very positive experience. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others
