Located within the impressive Mayan Island Playa complex, this spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 10 guests. It offers a stunning ocean view and is fully equipped with air conditioning, expansive living areas, a kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining room that seats 10 people. The bedrooms feature luxury mattresses and ample pillows, along with full bathrooms and closets for your convenience.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, covered parking for one car, a safety deposit box, and friendly staff to assist you. Guest Access
Following COVID-19 protocols, reservations remain fully flexible should there be any changes to complex services or official restrictions. Pools will reopen from May 17 with hygiene and safety measures in place. Our housekeeping team is trained and updated on cleaning and disinfection standards to ensure the apartment is immaculate upon your arrival.

Other Important Information
Mayan Island Playa requires an administrative registration fee for facility use, payable upon arrival (not per day or per person). This fee applies to all towers in the complex: Copan, Uxmal, Bonampak, and Tulum.
- Refundable deposit: 2,000 MXN (cash or credit card, no exceptions) for interior and common area use, damage, or loss
- Registration fee: 600 MXN (single payment upon arrival)
- Safety bracelet fee: 25 MXN per person (single payment upon arrival)
- Awning placement service: 150 MXN per awning (single fee; 300 MXN if both awnings are used)
- Cleaning fee for awnings and beach furniture: 15 MXN per day
- One covered parking space included; extra parking available at 70 MXN per day per car

El departamento se puede resumir en una sola palabra: “Genial” Departamento amplio, recién remodelado, limpio, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda con la familia o amigos. Cuenta con amplias habitaciones, camas cómodas, limpias, frescas. Aires acondicionados funcionando perfectamente, y excelente ventilación. WiFi con buena señal y velocidad. Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión Cosas que se puede mejorar y recomendación: Dejar un juego de llaves de las habitaciones y baños por cuestiones de seguridad ya que a veces las puertas se llegan a cerrar. Hacer una revisión previa de las alacenas y refrigerador ya que a veces otros huéspedes dejan cosas, incluso comida que no se detecta hasta que uno quiere hacer uso de los utensilios de cocina. Gracias por recibirnos.

Las instalaciones en general muy bien. Sin embargo, no me gustó que el centro de lavado no se podía utilizar libremente, ya que únicamente estaba disponible cuando se encontraba la persona de limpieza. Esta condición no venía especificada al momento de contratar; fue hasta que lo comentamos que lo modificaron. En dos ocasiones dejamos fruta y verdura sobre la barra de la cocina y al día siguiente amanecieron mordidas. Al parecer se trataba de algún animal, aunque no supimos si era una rata u otro. La señora de la cocina también se percató de esta situación. La anfitriona sugirió colocar veneno, pero nos negamos completamente debido a que había niños pequeños. Por último, el día del check-out (a las 12:00 pm), bajamos a la alberca y, cuando regresamos alrededor de las 10:30 am, la persona de limpieza ya había ingresado para comenzar a limpiar, ya que llegaría otro huésped más tarde, resultando incómodo. La señora que cocina es una excelente persona y nos encantó su comida.

El departamento de Mayra es espectacular, es súper amplio, dos de sus tres recamaras tienen vista al mar. Todo está impecable, el complejo es muy amplio, tiene alberca para niños y el restaurante - bar es muy bueno. Definitivamente volveremos.
