Jerry’s place was great. We loved the view from the balcony and appreciated the proximity of restaurants and the grocery store. The pool was great and we enjoyed the pool bar and grill. The beach was rocky so we’d recommend good water shoes but Jerry had everything else we needed to enjoy it. 100% will rent again.

We absolutely loved this condo and the entire complex! The pool with the swim up bar/grill was the BEST part! Everyone was so friendly! The access to the gorgeous private beach is also incredible. We loved that Jerry had all the essential items - beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, a cooler, and even a beach cart to haul all the stuff down there! There was a bag of ice waiting for us in the freezer which was a nice surprise! The condo was very spacious and perfect for two couples. Jerry’s manager, Elihu, was very helpful and coordinated all our transportation needs. We definitely will be back!!!

We really enjoyed the ocean view, community pool, simple restaurant, and close-by beach. This is a wonderful little community where we felt right at home. The condo itself is very spacious and included many very useful items such as beach chairs, an umbrella, a pack n play, beach toys and multiple large beach bags. The Fresko grocery store across the street was great too - easy to walk there and get an Uber back with your groceries. Check in went smoothly for us with our printed visitor sheet.

I'll start with the good. The Airbnb was so close to the beautiful Cabo Bello Beach that you can snorkel and take a dip to see fish! The main pool is peaceful and just as expected. The Pool Grill actually has good food compared to any food we ate in the town. The West Side pool overlooks the Arches, but it looks a little filthy, so we didn't go in. At check-in, the elevator was broken,so we had to carry several heavy suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor. It was broken the entire 6 days of our stay. The Airbnb was as expected until the AC broke on our 3rd day there. We communicated with the property manager and host about it, and it was unable to get fixed during our stay. It was humid and 83-85 degrees at night, so a fan did not help. The adults would be okay, but I have a 1 year old baby, and she was sweating profusely at night and we had 3 nights of terrible sleep. I was compensated $250 total when I asked for a fair $300 back from the host. This place just needs updates!
