Perfection! A true gem in all the ways. We felt like VIPs the whole time with a personal concierge, daily housekeeping, and impeccable house. Much better than any hotel. Federico and his team organized so many special trips for us - surfing, private beaches, waterfalls, cooking class, grocery delivery, etc. There was so much love and care and they made the kids feel like they were on a magical adventure the whole time. The house was hard to leave with a pristine pool, gorgeous lights at night, and toucans, iguanas, and sloths in our backyard. We were walking distance from delish restaurants and right in the middle of everything while still being peaceful. You can’t do better than this rental, this team, and this location! Pura vida! 💗

The house is stunning! The beds were so comfortable and the kids loved the pool. The hosts brought pool floats which everyone loved. We easily walked into town for food and to visit the beach. This is an excellent place for a family or group vacation!

Federico‘s place was great and the photos are very accurate. However I don’t think it was mentioned that the cohost Boogie essentially lives on site, in a separate shack. On some mornings there were contract workers (cleaners, lawn mowing, etc) working on the property and so the lack of privacy took away some points. The co-host was very friendly, and brought us some coconuts on one of the mornings. However, when we asked for a local Caribbean restaurant recommendation, he recommended us a place (Chili Rojos) that turned out to be Thai&Japanese food. That was hands-down the worst and most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica. Additionally, when asked for surfing recommendations, he took us to a place that normally charges 5 dollars (according to the menu) an hour but charged us 7 dollars because of his ‘intro’. Overall a positive experience however, the price seems to be a bit expensive, considering all of the above

The place is beautiful!!! And those who cook is a dream! The kitchen is very well equipped. But there's no jacuzzi and no access to the beach from the property. Aside from that is big and very well equipped to have a great time! Definitely will visit again.

The Keep It Green House is probably my favorite Airbnb thus far. It's so good that we didn't ever want to leave the property! The rooms are comfortable, the outdoor kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining area is spacious. The best area was the pool area. The pool is the perfect temperature and cleaned daily. The area around the pool is perfect for lounging. And the service is top-notch: great communication with the hosts and daily cleaning of the house and pool. This Airbnb is absolutely heavenly.
