This beautiful colonial-style house is situated just two blocks from Central Park and one block from Calzada Street, known for its numerous bars and restaurants. The home features three double bedrooms, air conditioning, and four and a half bathrooms. It includes a kitchen, two living areas, a dining space, a swimming pool, and gardens. Fully furnished, the property also boasts a mirador offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding area, including Lake Nicaragua, Ometepe, Mombacho, and the cityscape.
The house blends classic charm with modern touches. Its location near Calzada Street, the main thoroughfare, provides an excellent vantage point to enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine or a quiet moment reading a book. The breeze at the mirador is especially refreshing.

- Electricity costs in Nicaragua are notably high, the highest in Central America, at approximately $0.50 USD per kilowatt-hour.
- Guests receive an electrical credit upon arrival. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out, and any usage beyond the credit will be charged accordingly.

Casa Mariposa was our favourite stay during our trip to Nicaragua! The terrace and courtyard were great spaces to hang out. It's very central and walkable to cafes, the mercado and main attractions. Evelyn was very kind and great to communicate with.

As good as the photos look, it's even better in person. It's also in a walkable location. This will be our go to spot for future trips to Granada.

Everything was amazing, beautiful home, clean and organized. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. Evelyn was always there for us if we needed something, and the cleaning ladies and pool man were also polite.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Granada, Nicaragua. The house itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a very comfortable place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—it was the perfect retreat from the heat and a great spot to relax at any time of day. Overall, the home exceeded our expectations. It was a great blend of comfort and style, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Granada!

Casa Mariposa was an absolute gem during our stay in Granada. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly captures the charm and character of Granada. It was the perfect place for my family to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy our time together. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and how comfortable everything felt throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. Overall, we had an amazing experience and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying at Casa Mariposa again on our next trip to Granada!

One of the coolest Air BNBs we have stayed. Who doesn't love an indoor pool that looks like a garden oasis. Tons of space. Three private suites.

Best house we stayed at in Granada. We were there for 3 weeks. The location is the best! Whenever there was a problem, it got fixed right away. We would definitely rent again.
