WELCOME TO CASA INDIO: A PRIVATE LUXURY RETREAT

This was one of the best experiences my family and I had. Eric took care of hiring our chef and excursion. Eric made sure that everything was reserved and cost before we crossed the seal of the door. The home and pool was magnificent. The kitchen was well equipped and having a laundry room helped a lot. We hired a chef for dinner and breakfast. My friend cooked for the remainder of our stay. Please remember to rent a 4x4 because the mountain is steep but safe. We will be back.

Beautiful, well equipped home that provided the family time we were looking for. Fairly remote and yet everything you need with half an hour drive. Stunning views and just a wonderful zen place in nature. Highly recommend.

The worst part about this stay was we didn't stay long enough! This place is INCREDIBLE. BOOK IT! By far the best airbnb experience we've had anywhere & we travel a lot! I could write a raving essay but I have a character limit: - Eric was so responsive & helpful. Gave us amazing restaurant suggestions. Had a private massage from locals IN the house the night we arrived with only a few hours notice! Set up by Eric. - Eric suggested the tour Guide: Beard and Wild Tours. We had a private tour to Rincon with Dilon and it was like a luxury tour experience! A++ - A SUV is truly a must. Roads are not great. - It was our 1st time in CR & I assumed it was rain forest everywhere but it was end of dry season & view of the mountains was of leafless trees but it was still stunning. I just expected a lot more greenery. - The house has everything you need + more; well maintained - House = VERY clean! Toiletries + linens were high quality - Wish there was a bathtub + blinds in bedrooms A++ stay

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Indio. It is away from the hustle and bustle and felt totally serene which is what we loved. The house is beautiful and set up so nicely. The decor is top notch and feels like you are living in a house from Architectural Digest. The manager of the proprerty Eric was super responsive. He helped coordinate an in home chef for a couple of nights and also transportation to/from a hotel where we had a daypass at. Everyone always says the people of Costa Rica are so nice and this is true from meeting Eric. He was super quick to respond to any whats app question we had and we loved the sense of community from the people who we met. Hellohanny did a great job and such a nice family run restaurant for the in-home chef. We used them for breakfast and dinner and were pleased with both. The location of the house is great to get to the different beaches which are all within a 30 minute drive.

Casa Indio was our favourite of the three places we stayed in Costa Rica. The design of this property is beautiful AND functional and we settled in like it was home. The kitchen was outfitted with everything a guest could possibly need and then some (there was coffee and tea provided) and the house was absolutely spotless. We cannot say enough good things to recommend this home. We would jump at the chance to return again. Thanks, Eric!

Wow! What an amazing house with stunning views, beautiful pool, and nicely stocked and clean house. Eric was extremely communicative and available at all times during our stay! If you are looking for a getaway off of the beaten path in Costa Rica surrounded by nature and peacefulness, this house is for you! Highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle driving around this area.

This home was well described & we felt like we experienced living in a very special place. It has spectacular views of the mountains-a two minute drive to the neighborhood’s summit had the most spectacular views of bays, ocean, & sunset! A fun place to share a cocktail at sunset. The interior/exterior living spaces WELL thought out & all spaces had inspiring views. Infinity pool A+! On-site manager SO helpful & connected us to a guide for a great day adventure at a waterfall, sloth park, and chocolate plantation.,The couple times we needed to connect he was prompt-professional. We did a few excursions but REALLY LOVED returning to the house to relax & just spend time in the pool, relaxing & enjoying the home & views! Good WiFi, as we worked part-time. Enjoyed streaming movies in evening. We’ll have wonderful memories. We felt it was a lovely home away from home & a happy place for us as first time visitors to Costa Rica.

House was very clean and neat and loved the decor. The surroundings was peaceful and felt very safe. The chef he recommended was good and even got them to come back late notice. The view is amazing

This is the most beautiful AirBnb I have stayed at (out of ~40 now). Multiple times a day, we referenced how perfect this place was for what we wanted - peace, relaxation, and space. The place itself is stunning. Wonderful view, immaculate pool and interior. The remote nature allowed us to see wildlife around us (grey fox, iguanas, vultures). This place is a wonderful retreat. Other reviews suggest having a 4x4 - we ended up opting for one and I'm glad we did. The main road to the Airbnb has quite a few potholes (you're off-the-beaten-path in CR, it's normal) so the 4x4 suspension helped there. And then once inside the community, the roads are steep and/or dirt. Having the 4x4 will give you piece of mind on your travels. During the rainy season in CR, I'd say it's a necessity.

This home was spectacular in every way. The indoor/outdoor living with the infinity pool overlooking the valley was incredible. The house was private and we could hear lots of wildlife around us. It is within 30 minutes of Coco beach where we went to buy groceries and within 30 -45 mins of beautiful beaches. You absolutely need a 4x4 in you are driving to this area.
