Important Considerations

• The complex does not have an elevator; stairs must be used to access the penthouses.
• Laundry service is offered for 30 MXN per kilogram, plus a 100 MXN delivery fee.
• The underground parking has a maximum height clearance of 2.20 meters. If your vehicle exceeds this height, nearby parking options include metered street parking (available from 10 am to 10 pm at 12 MXN per hour) and public parking lots (approximately 200 MXN per day or 15 MXN per hour).
