Really a perfect place. Sure, it may have a few quarks (super loud when it rains, slippery deck, gate malfunctions) but honestly we are just so lucky to have had the opportunity to visit this amazing place and country, we would be crazy to complain. The kitchen/living room is basically just screened in- so just be prepared for that heat and humidity- but the bedrooms are nice and cool and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The staff that did cleaning and repairs were wonderful people and great at what they do. We saw monkeys and about 40+ different birds from our porch every day. Absolutely a perfect place. We will be back for sure.

After having a bad experience at another property, we reached out to Robert and within 12 hour we were in this lovely villa. We couldn't recommend this place enough. The host set up a wassap group on arrival for any need and instantly replied to any questions. Set right in the jungle, the wildlife was incredible. the house was fully equipped and we will definitely be back. thank you

Always a pleasure staying in homes managed by Utopia, they really do go above and beyond to ensure a good experience. Beautiful home and an enchanting space, toucans hung out regularly within view of the porch and pool. Our daughters really enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the yoga shala. Would highly recommend to a friend!

We had a great time at Villa Ascencia. The house is beautiful surrounded by amazing nature, and we'll kept, just a shown in the pictures. It is fully equipped with everything that you need. The beds were very comfortable and the host very responsive and nice. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es ist eine wirklich schöne Anlage! Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, um entspannte Tage dort zu verbringen. Der Strand ist nicht weit und bis zum nächsten größeren Ort sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben vom Pool aus Affen, Tukane, Agouti und einen Kolibri gesehen. Es war wirklich toll!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici! La qualité de cet hébergement a été au-delà de nos attentes. Calme, confortable, propre, nous ne voulions plus partir!!! Quel bonheur de se réveiller chaque jour aux chants des oiseaux… ou des singes hurleurs! Les lits étaient très confortables, et nous avons pu nous reposer profondément. Aucun insecte à l’intérieur. Très grande propreté des lieux malgré l’humidité. La piscine fraîche, la climatisation et la ventilation ont été très appréciés en temps de canicule. La proximité avec la plus belle plage de la région est aussi un avantage incroyable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, qui se sont montrés attentifs et professionnels. Merci!
