The Space
This remodeled property offers two heated pools, tropical gardens, and a waterfall, all maintained with five-star service. Each room features air conditioning and a panoramic bay view. Five of the rooms include SKY TV. Towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex are provided, and daily room service is offered with courtesy by the waiter.
The house is exceptionally clean and situated in an exclusive, secure area with 24-hour security. The garden areas are beautiful and private, and the two heated pools are reserved solely for your use.
The staff includes a waiter, cook, manager, and assistant. The manager and cook handle shopping and meal preparation. For groups larger than 12 guests, one or two additional assistants will be provided for optimal service, with extra charges applied.
Pricing and Deposits
- The base rate is 15,000 Mexican pesos per night for up to 16 guests (6 rooms).
- For groups exceeding 12 guests, additional assistants are required and paid separately.
- A security deposit of 12,000 Mexican pesos is required and refundable after deducting any damages.
- During bridge holidays, the nightly rate increases to 18,000 Mexican pesos.
- For Christmas and New Year periods, the rate is 30,000 Mexican pesos per night.
Guest Access and Security
The property is located within the Club Las Brisas gated community, which offers 24-hour security for peace of mind. Access to the house includes private use of the gardens and heated pools.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior permission from the administration. A maximum of one or two small pets is permitted. A pet security deposit of 2,000 Mexican pesos is required.

The house is extremely beautiful with so many spaces to enjoy and the best view in Acapulco, perfect for several couples or big family as each room is independent. But the best is the service, Juan Carlos makes the days so easy and pleasant and the cook did great meals every day!

Increíble la casa, a pesar de la edad se tiene muy bien adecuada, el servicio de la gente que trabaja es increíblemente bueno pero si prepárense para convivir con la naturaleza, y con insectos, todo lo demás de maravilla muy recomendable.

La casa es muy bonita con una vista increíble al mar, se ve todo Acapulco. Las personas que laboran ahí muy amables y siempre muy atentos. El chef prepara muy bien la comida y muy rico los desayunos. Hay que comparar la despensa para que el pueda preparar lo que le pidas o el también puede ir al súper por todos lo necesario para cocinar. En general la casa está muy bien cuidada y el personal da un excelente servicio volvería sin duda. Aunque es mejor ir en época de calor para que la alberca esté caliente de lo contrario te costará 1,000 pesos por la calefacción por día. Hay que tener en cuenta que se deja un depósito de 5 mil por cualquier destrozo que hagas aunque a mi parecer este depósito no me gustó mucho ya que hay un seguro por parte de air b&b. También hay que tener en cuenta las multas si haces ruido después de media noche . Me la pase muy bien en esta casa. Gracias .
