Mooi uitzicht op bergen, zee en jungle. Het huis biedt veel privacy en is toch dichtbij supermarkten, restaurants, stranden etc. Paul reageert snel op berichten en was heel gemakkelijk in de communicatie. Wanneer je een échte Costa Rica ervaring wilt, boek dan dit huis.

Like others have said the pictures don’t do the house justice. Beautiful home and surroundings. The kitchen was well stocked. We saw toucans, monkeys and parrots. Host was very friendly and responsive. 4x4 vehicle is a must. Amazing stay for the area. The host recommended Exotica for dinner and it was amazing. We went to a local coffee shop a few days and it was great- Tagua Cafe. The best airbnb we’ve stayed in for sure.

Beautiful Costa Rica retreat. Went with my family including two kids: 3 and 1. This would be the perfect spot for two couples with the two separate homes, however it was so beautiful and thoughtfully laid out we made it work with our two littles. Now that I am back home in the cold I am still dreaming of this beautiful place. Don't walk, run to book this week away. You won't regret it.

Peace and quiet with an awesome view. Great place to spend time on the patio or in the refreshing pool. Many choices of beaches near by. Many thanks to Paul for all the useful tips! Great Host!

Paul’s place is 100% a slice of paradise. We got there after sunset (likely better to arrive during daylight, to go up the mountain - which Paul recommended), so we only got to take in the views the next morning - and they were breathtaking. The property is beautiful, kept extremely clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Lots of different outdoor spots to hang out, each with a unique view. Also plenty of wildlife; saw no shortage of toucans and pair of green macaws that kept flying by the deck in the morning. We travelled with three young kids (8, 4, and 2) and a friend to help with the kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Lots of nearby beaches and restaurants to checkout (most within 30 min) and groceries were within 10 min. Personally, I preferred utilizing Paul’s beautifully laid out kitchen - which was stocked with pots and pans and plenty of utensils. In a word, I’d call this place magical, and I would 100% come back here.

Paul’s home is an absolutely perfect place to enjoy the incredible nature and landscape of Costa Rica. The beautiful views, clean and minimal yet warm and cozy environments were the highlight, it’s a secluded location yet close to great sights, activities, groceries. A dream stay!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we were not disappointed! Paul’s place is unbelievably beautiful - The pictures DO NOT do it justice - communication was great and there are also plenty of adventures and activities close by.

The views are stunning, the house is something straight out of a magazine, getting in and out was easy and finding something to do was great as Paul has created his own little website with recommendations of everything from restaurants and excursions to sights and things to know about the town(s). We will be back, this is something that everyone should experience at some point!

I can’t recommend this spot enough. It might be one of te nicest places I’ve ever stayed. I stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple and it was the perfect amount of space. We had so much privacy because the property is remote but it’s still close to many amazing restaurants and fun things to do. The pool is unreal - we never wanted to leave. Beds are comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Super clean. The views were unreal - the valley was stunning. The changes throughout the day and evening will blow your mind if you love nature. We saw so many toucans right from our balcony. It was so nice that we dedicated an entire day of our vacation to relax at this home. Look no further - book this now 😍
