This villa was spectacular. The listing is as described and the views from each room are wonderful. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a chef come and prepare a meal for us and it was delicious. Peaceful location for our family vacation.

I had an amazing stay! The home actually looks even better in person and the views are beautiful. My group of 6 were able to comfortably spread out in the space. The rooms each had amazing ocean views. Access to our own private beach was a plus and there were plenty of towels available if you wanted to take a dip in the pool. Our hosts were responsive and we even got a tour of the home upon our arrival. The area felt safe and wasn’t too far from some amazing restaurants. Too hot to say the area is walkable but if you're up for it, there's a public beach close by that's open late. If you’re renting a car and driving to the location, I’d recommend taking route 180 instead of the back roads.

This house was PERFECT for a relaxed bachelorette weekend in Cancun! Solmar and Anahi were incredibly friendly and responsive, making planning this weekend a breeze. The house manager, Rodrigo, also came by and introduced himself, and gave us his phone number in case anything came up. The house itself was difficult to find, as the Maps instructions led us to a different location, but once we found it based on landmarks, we were not disappointed. Massages and our private chef were all facilitated by Solmar and Anahi, ensuring we had one less thing to worry about. The nearest restaurant, Flamingo's, was about a 15-minute walk from the home and while the taxi back was about two minutes, they charged us $150 MXN (just so anyone booking is aware). Amazing weekend - thank you Solmar, Anahi, and Rodrigo!

We had a great time in Cancun

Nice property. Very relaxing. About 18-20 mins from the hotel zone. 5 min walk to a good restaurant called Flamingos. Hosts were very responsive. Any issue we had was taken care of by the hosts. Definitely request chef Judith. Her cooking is amazing and she is a delight. Thank you for a relaxing experience.
