Top hill ocean view kome with pool in Marbella

Una residencia espectacular, comoda, grande, con una vista ingreible, sorprendente. Se ven los atarderes. La fotos no muestran tan bien lo hermosa, grande que es la residencia. La piscina tambien es grande junto con sus alrededores espaciosos. Tiene una azotea enorme donde se puede hacer Yoga, ejercicios o una parrillada. Carlos un Anfitrión genial, un 110 de nota, siempre estuvo atento, resolviendo cualquier situacion q sucediera aunque fuera ajena a la casa. Con la camiseta puesta para q pasáramos una vacaciones cómodas y tranquilas, siempre atento a todo lo q necesitáramos como un asistencia personal.! Agradecemos su excelente trabajo como Super Anfitrión.! Y de la casa, quedamos enamorados.! Ya queremos volver....

El lugar es justo como se ve en las fotos, una vista increíble y la casa es perfecta. Solamente tuvimos un poco de problema con el internet que no funciona muy bien y no llega bien a todos los cuartos.

Carlos was one of the best hosts ever. He was always available, very kind and very helpful with everything. I strongly recommend this house, it was well equipped, comfortable, it has an amazing view and a good location if you have a 4x4 car. For sure we’ll come back as soon as we can.

wonderful place quiet, peaceful and relaxing

Nuestra estadía en la casa estuvo fabulosa, es una casa muy grande y hermosa, tiene una vista maravillosa tanto desde la piscina como desde la segunda planta que cuenta con una terraza increíble. El ingreso es privado y tiene mucha seguridad, hay playas cercanas muy lindas. No es un lugar muy lleno de restaurantes o bares pero eso nos gusto aún más pues sentimos que realmente nos relajamos del trajín de la ciudad. En familia disfrutamos de ir a caminar en los alrededores de la casa donde vimos muchos animales y conectamos mucho con la naturaleza ❤️. Como punto importante es que la atención de Carlos fue súper buena, estamos muy agradecidos por su recibimiento.

An amazing private villa with a beautiful view, truly the perfect getaway for a refreshing holidays in Guanacaste.

This place is even better than what it looks like! The villa was spectacular, everything we were hoping for. There isn't much negative to say! And Carlos was very helpful and quick to respond. PLUS: - Modern, clean, roomy, airy - Amenities are top quality and modern (washer, dryer, dishwasher, A/C and ceiling fan in each room and living room, toaster, coffee machine, blender, ...) - Gorgeous stunning view of the valley and sea through an entire wall of windows - Very nice infinity pool to chill and stare out at the sea - Oh My God - Water & Ice cubes from the fridge VERY enjoyable in 30 degree weather! - Large clean, roomy, modern bathrooms with strong water pressure - Wifi worked generally well, went down only once in a zoom meeting - Plenty of towels and linens - Most roads in this area are dirt roads, a 4X4 is strongly encouraged. however the road leading to the villa is one of the better ones - A whole slew of wildlife - Birds, howler monkeys, harmless but adorable stick insects, grasshoppers, iguanas, lizards, plants of all kinds... Wow. THINGS TO CONSIDER: The following are very minor points to know to help you prepare your stay but did not affect our stay or our appreciation of the villa. - If you are planning to work from the villa, bring along an extension cord which will allow you to be able to move around with the shade - Although esthetically stunning and modern, the deck sun chairs are somewhat uncomfortable, but the outdoor table for 6 is perfect - There aren't any foldable chairs that can be carried to the beach, or elsewhere, so maybe consider picking some up when you're in a bigger city (Liberia) - Some of the bedroom space was occupied by the owner's belongings, you may have to move them to create space for your own stuff - There were a few tiny ants, but we spread some bug repellant at the bottom of the kitchen counter and the outside kitchen door and problem solved - There were 1 or 2 lizards inside, but that's a good thing since they eat the bugs. Barely ever saw them. As you can see, these are minor inconveniences. Everything was really great and we would not hesitate to choose this house again if we were to return to this area, or recommend it to anyone! You will not regret it --
