The property is very clean. The setting is very peaceful and absolutely gorgeous.  Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice pool area. House has  very goid air conditioning.

Clean home, great communication, plenty of space for the family to enjoy.

I am writing this to inform others of this rental - please be cautious of what you are signing up for/paying for. You must drive through one of the worst tico towns I have seen, with people looking at you like you don't belong. When we arrived, we were hit with a strong smell of chemicals, paint, and moth balls. We could not stay here and had to book a hotel at Los Suenos. Finding the house was extremely difficult. We had to drive 30 minutes on a dirt road WITHOUT service to find this place. The rental was not as described, the entire house smelled of chemicals and paint, the interior quality was not as shown in the photos.

The location is great if you know what you’re getting. The beach is totally secluded and the house is at the end of a 10 minute drive down a dusty, gravely road. The house is generally in good shape but we had a number of issues come up. We had a hinge break on a bathroom door because the door didn’t clear the floor. Water pressure in the shower was very bad even though it seemed good elsewhere in the house. Worst of all however was a strong mothball smell that was concentrated in one room but pervaded the house. We’ve washed clothes twice since returning and it still is noticeable from just being in the house. There weren’t enough outside towels to be able to both use and keep patio furniture covered. From a safety perspective. All the doors are keyed from the inside. So if you need to leave the house and want to lock doors with anyone inside, they can’t get out. At the price, I would expect maintenance to be great and I’m very disappointed the moth ball smell had to be known.

This place is amazing we could see and hear the waves crashing from the porch.  The pool in the yard was warm and beautiful we loved the waterfall feature and blue lights at night.  The hosts were so helpful with getting excursions booked.  It was the most relaxed and tranquil place to be than most

We really loved our stay, lots of space in the house. House courtyard outside just wow. We loved the outdoor kitchen and pool. All while having the sea view. We saw the cleaning option a little too late…. We would have really appreciated it. Because there is a little dust… between the beach and the house, gravel road. Restaurant Mar y Sol wow!!! Also 45 min to the Papillon restaurant in San Antonio, saw an amazing sunset!!! We'll definitely be back!!! The sloth, raccoon and little crabs that visited us made us happy!!!

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour beaucoup d’espace dans la maison. Maison cours extérieur tout simplement wow. Nous avons adoré la cuisine extérieur et la piscine. Tout en ayant la vue sur la mer. Nous avons vu un peu trop tard l’option ménage…. On aurait vraiment apprécié. Car il y a un peu de poussière… entre la plage et la maison chemin de gravier. Restaurant Mar y sol wow!!! Aussi à 45 min restaurant le papillon à San Antonio vu couché de soleil incroyable!!! On va sûrement revenir!!! Le paresseux, le raton laveur et les petits crabe qui nous rendaient visite a fait notre bonheur!!!

Highly recommend this beautiful home ! It has a lovely pool and patio, secluded quiet beach great for walking, Shady areas to sit under the palms by the beach, lovely seating by the pool. Great waves to ride too! Nice restaurants nearby along the beach ( mar y sol, cocomar) and recommend the bamboo cafe in Parrita ( best burgers ever!). The host was really responsive and helpful too! It’s a little piece of heaven!!!

This property is an amazing gem! It is super clean, comfortable, well manicured, and quiet. We loved the pool and all the lounging areas from which we could see the ocean. We had several wildlife sightings, including a resident iguana and his friends and a multitude of birds. Only about 30 unobstructed yards from the front gate you will find a most amazing, sparsely populated, long, flat beach. Next door, there is a small restaurant and down the road a very welcoming soda - Mar y Sol where we had several yummy meals. Also, our host arranged an informative and fruitful guided tour at Manuel Antonio. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Loved it. This house is stunning - super modern, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and right on the beach. It is next to a small hotel, which made us feel safe and secure. The pool is lovely and the bedrooms are excellent - we stayed in the main bedroom which was very comfortable. There is AC in every part of the house with modern ceiling fans. The tv’s also have the usual streaming services. The beach is quiet and the sunsets are amazing. We also liked being able to walk a short distance to see the river/mangroves. We only cooked for ourselves so cannot comment on local restaurants or delivery. Totally recommend for a special break by the sea.

This house is almost on the beach, and not just any beach - a completely wonderful beach that you almost have all to yourself. The sunset is amazing and the pool is really nice to jump in when you get too much of the Pacific Ocean. We had a really nice holiday with our three children in the house and can highly recommend it and Danny, he helped us, among other things, to arrange a trip to Manuel Antonio.

Dette hus ligger næsten på stranden, og ikke bare en hvilket som helst strand - en fuldstændig vidunderlig strand som du næsten har helt for dig selv. Solnedgangen er fantastisk og poolen virkelig skøn at hoppe i når du får for meget af Stillehavet. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie med vores tre børn i huset og kan på det varmeste anbefale det og Danny, han hjalp os bland andet med at arrangere tur til Manuel Antonio.

Casa Blanca is a beautiful place. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The area is amazing with an awesome beach and a couple of nice restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again

We absolutely loved how close it was to a very private beach. There are not many locations in Costa Rica where you can watch the sunset without a bunch of people.

We loved our 3-week stay at Danny's house. He was very cooperative. We encountered some difficulties in the house, but Danny responded very quickly to our messages. The beach is beautiful! Very nice sunsets. The pool was really convenient and clean. Maintenance is carried out every week. We even received a visit from monkeys and parrots on the grounds of the villa. We were also able to observe iguanas and beautiful birds. The Mary Sol restaurant a few minutes away is excellent with sea views. The grocery store is about 15 minutes away and there are several other restaurants. We also did several activities nearby. Deep sea fishing, Manuel Antonio Park, Carara Park, mangroves, Nauyaca Falls etc… if you are looking for tranquility and a beautiful villa with private pool and sea view this is the perfect place!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 semaines à la maison de Danny. Il a été très coopératif. Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés dans la maison, mais Danny a répondu très rapidement à nos messages. La plage est magnifique! Très beaux couchés de soleil. La piscine était vraiment pratique et propre. Un entretien est effectué à toutes les semaines. Nous avons même reçus la visite de singes et de perroquets sur le terrain de la villa. Nous avons pu observer aussi des iguanes et de très beaux oiseaux. Le restaurant Mary sol à quelques minutes est excellent avec vue sur la mer. L’épicerie a 15 minutes environ et plusieurs autres restaurants. Nous avons également fait plusieurs activés à proximité. Pêche en haute mer, parc manuel Antonio, parc carara, mangroves, chutes nauyaca etc… si vous recherchez la tranquillité et une belle villa avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer c’est l’endroit idéal!

My husband and I, as well as our two teenage children had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca. We will definitely be back to Palo Seco Beach. We spent several days bodyboarding right in front of the house in the  ocean.   We took surf lessons in Jaco and had a great vacation.  We loved the secluded feel and near empty beach in front of the home and the pool that overlooks the ocean waves.  The sunsets were near perfect.   This home is about 20 minutes from Parrita, or any grocery stores, etc.  We were prepared for the remoteness of the casa and absolutely loved it.

The house was exquisite. Perfectly clean. Beautifully decorated. Every detail was thought of. The only thing I wish the location was more near stores or things to do. The waves of the ocean scared me. They were so strong. The sand is a black sand so you cannot see how clear the water is. The pool was amazing. If you don’t mind those things then it’s a perfect place for a large group. We loved it. Would I come back? Probably not, but it was great to experience once.

Thank you Nancy  , the fun and good part of the House is that is located in this Secluded Beach , Markets and restaurants  are 15 minutes away and you can enjoy the Beach  with very  few tourist , this is why the house is liked for , Privacy and the calm of the Beach is a plus

Danny’s house location is 5 star, but the house and amenities make it a 10 star! All the goodies and amenities at this place. We could have stayed a month or longer here!!! We will surely be back with more of our family with us next time!

We loved this house! The description matched it perfectly. We cooked several times at the house and had all the cooking items that were needed. The house is secluded but you don't have to drive far to pick up a few items from a store. There are plenty of activities and restaurants within 45-60 minutes from the house. It was the perfect place for a vacation with our children. They enjoyed being right on the beach but really enjoyed having the pool. If we decide to come to this area of Costa Rica, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Very peaceful and barely ever saw anyone on the beach. It's like we had it all to ourselves. The pool was great and our kids loved it.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica! We came with two other couples, and it was the perfect space for a group. The outdoor area was beautiful and such a great spot to relax, and the beach nearby was absolutely incredible — some of the best we’ve seen. The nature all around the property was breathtaking, making it feel like a true tropical getaway. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat — highly recommend!

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca. Kyle helped us throughout the week scheduling tours and adventures. Know that the house is in a somewhat secluded area, but that is what we were looking for. When we went to the beach, we were often the only ones out there. The house is beautiful, great pool which kept the kids happy all week during our “downtimes”

This was my first Airbnb I have stayed in and it completely blew away my expectations. It housed all four of us very comfortably. Everything about this place was perfect. You are tucked away in your own private beach paradise and less than an hour away from both Jaco and Quepos. Kyle was amazing and helped us with so much. We had some WiFi issues and he made sure to get it taken care of in less than a day. If you are staying here make sure to stop into the bar at the beginning of the dirt road and see Pablo the bartender, he is amazing. Will definitely be planning on coming back soon!

How many words are there for amazing, magnificent, perfect, exceptional? The kitchen was one of the best for cooking and food storage, the indoor furniture was soft and comfortable (the little time we were inside;)), the pool was spot on for cooling off and hanging out in the heat and the beach was the cherry on top for sunrises, sunsets and long calm, serene walks!! The only thing our party of six agreed was needed was two extra chairs for the beach, there was only four, lol! We needed a quick repair on our first full day and it was done within hours. The communication prior to our stay, during check in and check out was first class - Thank you so much to Danny and Kyle for an outstanding job! I could go on and one but running out of space. Hope to stay again in the not too far future. PS - the restaurant as you first turn onto the road has great food:)

The house is just great! It exceeded our expectations! The location is superb — a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect for an escape. The place is surrounded by lush palm trees, and the ocean is right in front. The beach feels almost private, as there are hardly any people around. It’s simply perfect if you’re looking to spend time away from the hustle and bustle. Paradise found! The check-in went smoothly. The host was very nice, responsive, and kind, offering many recommendations and promptly answering all our questions The house itself is fantastic — spacious, filled with natural light and equipped with fully functioning amenities. We had a few requests, and the host kindly managed everything for us Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nature-filled paradise with plenty of privacy!
