Casa Vista Azul is a Boho living concept located on the third hole of the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, now rebranded as The Cove. The villa has been newly renovated and features all new furniture.

This Mexican Hacienda exudes sophisticated Boho modern luxury, featuring spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez, The Cove Course, and the rolling hills of the community.
Upon arrival, you will immediately feel the relaxed atmosphere of Cabo. No detail has been overlooked in this meticulously appointed custom villa, which boasts neutral tones, natural materials, and understated decor. Unique elegant carpets punctuate the marble flooring.
All rooms feature expansive windows and/or sliding doors, instantly blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. Each of the three bedrooms and the two private casitas includes en-suite bathrooms.
- The large gourmet kitchen serves as the entertainer’s hub, flowing easily into the dining, bar, living, and patio areas.
- The expansive master suite offers awe-inspiring views, a private seating area, an en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, jacuzzi tub, shower, and oversized closet.
- The guest master suite features a king bed, en-suite bath with an outdoor shower, and a walk-out patio.
- The third bedroom in the main house includes bunk beds with a queen and single bed, an en-suite bath, and amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and golf course.
- Two cozy, secluded casitas, accessible through the main courtyard, both feature queen beds and en-suite baths.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The lush, grassy garden includes oversized plush lounges, outdoor dining under a pergola, and a sunken fireplace for cozy evenings.

Casa Vista Azul is located within the master-planned private gated community of Cabo del Sol, adjacent to both world-renowned Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf signature designed golf courses.
Drive Times

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa and outdoor areas.
Other Things to Note
Please note that the community is currently providing upgrades to its infrastructure and amenities. We cannot control the level of noise during construction.
Host hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Sunday: Off

Great location along the corridor, close to Cabo San Lucas. Cabo Del Sol is a nice community, home is large and well equipped however it is older and quite dusty, this may be due to the construction of the new mall across the golf course. Host was responsive and very helpful.

Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at this house! There were plenty of rooms, space and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the common spaces are amazing to hang out in, so much so that we opted to cancel our dinner reservation one night because we didn’t want to leave the house! Patrick, the manager, was extremely responsive, sent us recommendations and met us at the house at check in which made everything seamless and easy. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area but the community is gorgeous and safe, you can walk to the beach and the house was really beautiful.

Carlos was a great host and his home was beautiful! I was particularly impressed with his responsiveness as well as his incredible recommendations for local services (private chef, transportation, etc). Thanks for a great vacation!
