Beautiful home in Jaco area. House was clean and exactly as described/pictured. The hosts even provided a fresh fruit basket and coffee which was a very nice surprise. Great restaurants nearby. We enjoy our stay there and would recommend it.

Davy’s house, inside and out, is magnificent, with clearly a lot of thought put into every aspect of the design. It is practical, spacious, beautifully equipped and comfortable. The views to the forest and ocean are gorgeous. Davy provided clear instructions for us to check ourselves in and out, and was responsive to every question. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and there was a beautiful bowl of fruit waiting for us.

Davy and Claire’s place was wonderful. We came here before our wedding with a group of friends and the hosts went above and beyond to make it special for us. We took advantage of the private chef who was amazing definitely recommend chef Makko! We also were able to be set up with an excursion through the concierge. The house itself has a beautiful view of the ocean and the plunge pool was great. Only thing I’d like to mention for guests renting is that the road to get up to the property/driveway is very steep so ensure you have a 4wd and pay close attention to pulling into the driveway. Amazing stay overall!

We had an incredible stay in Playa Hermosa! The home offered stunning ocean views, and we spent hours relaxing by the beautiful pool. We loved that the location was peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas, yet still close enough to enjoy everything we wanted to do. Our host Davy and concierge Darlin were fantastic—always quick to respond and extremely helpful. We also loved having the chef cook for us two nights; the meals were delicious and made our stay feel extra relaxing. The beach was just steps away, and we enjoyed fabulous meals at the nearby restaurants within walking distance. Our waterfall tour and the Tortuga Island tour were unforgettable highlights!

Great location and beautiful home. The min temperature was a bit warm for the group's liking while sleeping but, with fans, it was bearable. Overall, was worth it and would come back again.

Wonderful, comfortable home. The home is designed and maintained by the owner with care. It is just as perfect as the pictures. The only difficult part is getting the car into the gate due to the steep slope of the entrance.

Davy’s place was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The location struck the ideal balance - peacefully tucked away from the busy areas, yet just a quick 10-minute Uber ride to everything we wanted to see. The home itself was gorgeous, with a beautiful patio, spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Every room felt thoughtfully designed and inviting. The views of the ocean and hillside were stunning - we even spotted a variety of birds and wildlife right from the property. Davy went above and beyond, helping us arrange airport pickup and drop-off as well as fun activities like ATV tours, which made our stay effortless and memorable. We truly loved everything about our experience here and can’t wait to return!
