I have so much to say about this place. First, it made our whole trip. Having this place to call home recalibrated us in the best possible way each day. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave our family of 5 all the space we needed. Massive sliding doors off the upper master bedroom and the kitchen make you feel fully submerged in the surreal surroundings. The view might be my favourite part of this place, and of the trip. It’s everything you want to feel in Costa Rica, howler monkey sounds included. I loved waking up here at 5 a.m., opening the sliders, and just listening to the unique sounds. Initially, it felt like we were in Jurassic Park! Despite the warnings, it was still hard to comprehend that these monkeys can let out such dinosaur-like calls. In our 6 days here, we had monkeys visit us one afternoon. It was magical.

Heerlijke plek! Vooral de tuin was heel speciaal, zo tussen de bomen en het prachtige zwembad. ‘s ochtends werden we gewekt met een concert van de vogels en/of de apen. Daar moet je wel rekening mee houden, maar wij vonden dat -ondanks dat het vroeg is- heel speciaal! Lekkere bedden en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Op rij afstand veel lekkere leuke restaurantjes en op loopafstand (5-10 min) het strand.

great place. looked just like the photos. we visited with two boys, 14 and 11. we could not keep them out of the pool!! they loved it. plenty of outside seating under the trees to relax. even had the privilege of waking up one morning to the howler monkey's. the home was very private. plenty of parking. large amount of kitchen utensils and a blender & coffee maker that worked perfect. short walk to the beach, however we drove as we had a somewhat heavy cooler. loved how there is plenty of parking at the beach. never had an issue. May visit, the town was a very short drive, not a bad walk if you wanted to do it. plenty of restaurants to choose from. boys fell in love with Burrito Amor. Bodhi tree is right next to the house. they have a gym, yoga smoothie bar etc.. if working out is also on your list. the host is AMAZING with their response time when i had a question. one minor issue when we first arrived, they had someone over within 15 minutes who fixed it! EXCELLENT. We will be back!

We loved this property! We especially liked the upstairs beautiful balcony for coffee in the morning, the big nice pool where our kids spent hours every afternoon and the kitchen is fully stocked with just about any utensil you could possibly need. It is also very close to the Bodhi tree resort, as in less than a five minute walk. If you like yoga or spin, they have options all day long and I was able to take a couple of classes. Also, the spa is great at Bodhi and less than a five minute walk from the house. And by car the house is super close to grocery stores, shopping and the main area for surf lessons, shopping, dining, etc.

My family had a fantastic stay at Casa Girasol. The kitchen amenities were good and the pool / grill area was great. Location near both the beach and Bodhi Tree was a big plus. And the vacation mgmt team was incredibly responsive. Pura Vida

Our family spent a week in Nosara and really enjoyed staying at Casa Girasol. Comfortable and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen, and lovely pool deck. It’s a little close to the neighboring houses, but still felt private.

Wonderful home, and great hosts.

Casa Girasol was simply outstanding. Everything about it was amazing. The downstairs kitchen and living area opens up to the AMAZING pool area with an outdoor kitchen and dining table. There was an outdoor shower nestled down the walkway to the back of the house which was super cool. The house has plenty of dishware/cookware, etc for you to cook what you need. The house is in the southern part of Playa Guiones so if you are looking to make your way up to the northern part, you'll want transportation - we rented a golf cart through Vacation Nosara and it was delivered to our house. Vacation Nosara also set us up with surfboard rentals and transport from airport and then to Tamarindo to continue our trip. The Vacation Nosara team was incredibly responsive to any questions/messages - I'm talking minutes, not hours. Highly highly recommend this for your vacation. Pura Vida.
