Good property, plenty of air conditioning and fans throughout the house. Lots of security too, can be tricky to find but once you’ve located the home it’s a perfect location.

I had an excellent stay! The house was clean and even better than the pictures depicted, providing a spacious and beautiful environment. The restaurant on the property was delicious too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in playa del carmen.

Absolutely stunning home. Great and responsive host. As nice as the photos are, it's even better in person. Can't recommend this home enough if you plan on traveling.

No complaints. The house is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is too notch with 3 security post to get in. Your safety will be fine here. We had an issue within 30 minutes on our end that Sonia's team was able to remedy for us. The 5th bedroom door should be noted that it's on the side of the house in description but other than that I'm surprised this isn't a Airbnb plus. It should be. Its about 8 minutes from 5th avenue so you do need a car or taxi as there is no Uber in Mexico. Enjoy the property.
