Newest renovated villa in Peninsula Papagayo

Our stay in Costa Rica was amazing, and the Airbnb truly made the trip. The space was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and felt like a perfect getaway from the moment we arrived. Waking up each morning and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was unforgettable. It had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and thoughtful details that made it feel like a luxury retreat. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. This Airbnb really elevated the entire experience—we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place! The pictures don’t fully do this place justice. The entire unit is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Easy one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in. Very roomy for a family of 5 that can easily accommodate 10 comfortably. We started each day catching the sunrise with coffee on the covered porch. Moved to the onsite pool most days and had it all to ourselves. Leveraged the well stocked kitchen for breakfast and lunch and enjoyed the nearby resorts for fantastic dinners. Highly recommend using the grocery delivery service for easy stocking up for your stay. The Prieta Beach Club was a nice change of pace with beach and pool side service. PeXS was very helpful with recommendations and providing local expertise. We had a mechanical issue at the condo and they immediately responded and sent a team out to investigate and address. They were great to work with.

This location was outstanding. The view over the bay to the marina and the sunrise into the unit very morning were special. The unit has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The whole family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and living/dining areas. The outdoor spaces had great sitting and dining area to relax and enjoy the wildlife. There is a shared pool beside the unit we spent some time. With lots of activities in the area and restaurants in the area that will appeal to everyone. One of our best vacations and will be going back soon.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Verde! The views were stunning, and the house was even better than the photos — super comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location, peaceful vibes, and total luxury. Can’t wait to come back!
