Oceanfront gem perfect for family/friend reunions

Hands down the best place we've ever stayed at in Costa Rica! It was a newer home that was ideal for multiple couples as it provided a private room and bath for each. The interior gathering space (kitchen/living/dining) featured a big couch plus a large table and chairs although we spent a lot of time in the pool and covered outdoor retreat complete with 2 bars (one overlooking the beautiful property with views to the beach), several cushioned chairs, benches and couch, a bar fridge, sink and a grill! The beauty of the grounds and the sounds of the waves crashing -even from inside our rooms-was amazing! The staff was very accommodating but not intrusive. Flory was wonderful & Jackson provided fresh coconut water daily and even brought us surfboards. Security also patrolled the exterior of the house at night just to make sure we felt safe. The nearby convenience store and pizza place was a bonus. It is a short drive away from the waterfalls, Domincal, Quepos & Manuel Antonio!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location is amazing and the staff (host, groundskeeper, and security) were super amicable and helpful. Close proximity to many attractions while still feeling private. The in home massage was one of the best I’ve ever had.

We had the most magical week here! The house is gorgeous and set up perfectly to enjoy the stunning views. You can hear the waves from your bed! Being able to just step off the deck and be on the beach in a minute was heaven. We spent lots of time in the pool when it was too hot on the beach and enjoyed gorgeous sunset walks every evening. The monkeys entertained us most mornings-what a hoot! Any thing you could possibly need on vacation was here. Games and pool toys, every kitchen accessory, 2! washer/dryer combos. Everything was super clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. But I can't say enough about what Flory added to our experience. She arranged airport transportation and car rentals, recommended and booked chefs for breakfast and dinners and generally answered any question we had. Those details took it to the next level. We would definitely stay here again. And if you choose to stay here I highly recommend Chef Leo for dinner. Outstanding meals!

Honestly, this was one of the nicest places in which I’ve ever stayed. The accommodations were very upscale and pristine. Flory, the concierge, is very kind and strives to help. This was an amazing vacation for 10 people all of different ages. Paola is also very kind and accommodating. I recommend this to anyone who wants a little piece of private paradise. The beach is very private and the private chefs were amazing. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Perry & Paola’s beautiful beachside home. The house and location far exceeded our expectation. The house itself was spacious and immaculate. The outdoor space was perfect! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We all slept comfortably, had plenty of room to spread out, and truly enjoyed every aspect of this home. Flory is the wonderful house manager and she was extremely helpful in getting our activities lined up as well as our transportation. Flory and her staff provided wonderful meals throughout our day and every person we interacted with that helped maintain the property was the definition of hospitality. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is thinking of visiting beautiful Costa Rica. We loved every second and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to Perry, Paola, Flory, and all of the staff for a truly magical experience.

Beautiful and well manicured property. They have everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. The stocked amenities, activity options, and chef services are so easy and the food was fantastic. The beach is pretty quiet and the provided security makes you feel comfortable in the open setting. The hosts are experienced and very responsive. We will stay here again!

I don’t know where to begin in describing this amazing place. Our family of 12 spent the last 10 days here. It was more like a private resort because of the way it was impeccably maintained and the hospitality offered us. The entire house was gorgeous and the AC in each room worked beautifully. The ocean front outside area had a beautiful infinity pool (and great pool toys and rafts), bar, and lounge area. We saw monkeys, sloths, geckos, and frogs right in our own backyard! Hearing the ocean every day and night was the best! This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful places I have ever stayed. For a family of 12 to have absolutely no complaints is the best recommendation ever. A special thanks to Flory, Jacson and Christofer for making our visit so memorable.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our time together at this beautiful location! Flory was exceptional in helping arrange transportation & activities. There doesn’t appear to be nothing that she can’t do! Enjoyed gourmet meals that were incredibly delicious that would rival any 5 star restaurant prepared by Chef David! Also, fortunate to meet one of the owners (Perry) as they were staying in their 2nd rental property next door. So friendly & hospitable to their guests.

Our group of 10 friends just returned from Perry & Paola's beautiful paradise home and beach. We couldn't have asked for a more pristine and tropical setting for our Costa Rica adventures. The setting is AMAZING. The home is AMAZING. Flory (our on site friend and concierge) & the entire staff was AMAZING. Perry & Paola's home offers so many extras. -- from Flory's great assistance with excursions, to all the little touches and amenities that make your vacation easier and more enjoyable. The oceanside location is something out of a movie. Beautiful rolling waves (we bodysurfed every day), and great sand for long walks in both directions. We spent many hours in the warm pool staring at the waves and the beautiful garden -- Jackson, you are an amazing gardener! We all took many, many pictures of the flowers, and the resident sloth! The setting is truly remarkable. Inside and out, the home is beautiful. We are strategizing how to return already... PURA VIDA!

My wife is from Costa and we come visit every year. We've stayed in a lot of different houses in the southern pacific area. Paula's beachfront villas is the best place we've stayed, hands down. My mixed American/Tico family had an extremely special week. Memories we'll carry forever! Highly recommend!
