The space Nestled at the base of the famous Pedregal community - when it comes to location to all the action (marina/restraurants/shopping/nightlife), it does not get better than this! Guest access You are free to use the pool, hot tub, BBQ, and Fitness area - however, please abide by the rules of usage (ie hours, no glass by the pool, etc) posted here as well as the guest booklet inside the condo. If you have a rental car, there is plenty of free parking around the plaza. Please avoid parking in red curb sections. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent Check-In Instructions with codes to access the building as well as the unit’s lockbox. Other things to note If you want to book any activities (zip-line, dinner cruise, fishing, private airport transportation, etc.) - this information can be shared within 5 days of your arrival date.

Location,Location,Location. The entire marina is literally a 5 minute walk. We are early risers and used the marina as our daily run/walk. It's approximately 1.5 miles to the beach,not much foot traffic before 8am. Out first visit, won't be our last.

Excellent location for your Cabo stay. Johnny’s 2 bed/2bath condo is exactly as described. Super close to all the action but just far away enough to avoid all the nightlife noise. This is a great spot to explore Cabo - the beach, marina, hike and restaurants. Nice pool are, very quiet complex. Would love to own this place! Johnnys instructions are clear and helpful.

Great place to stay. Very safe and secure. Everything works well. The place is well stocked. Its a very short walk to the marina. I will definitely be staying here again.

Location is the best! Close to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the marina where we booked many of our activities, place is clean and had a lot of toiletries we forgot back home, check in is so simple! Loved it

We stayed at Johnny’s place for one week and it is hard to write this review because Johnny was so helpful and responsive towards us during our stay. We had a couple issues, but main problem was the WIFI not working for 4 days and Johnny did everything in his power for them to fix it but it took them 3 tries on three different days. The other issues were that the balcony does not lock, there were stains on the comforter’s and pillows and dishes. The fridge was filled with previous people’s food. The fridge was also so cold that our food we had bought froze. We appreciate everything Johnny had done for us during out stay, but we just wanted to share our main issues so hopefully it doesn’t occur in future.
