This place was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, the bathrooms are super spacious, and the view of the volcano is unreal. I stayed at another place before this, and this one was way more comfortable overall. It is a tiny bit further from most restaurants, so I would recommend having a car, but honestly Uber is super cheap so it really wasn’t an issue at all. Completely worth it for the experience. Although two restaurants are within like 5 min walking !! Also, Diego was incredible as a host. He constantly checked in to make sure everything was good and responded within minutes whenever I needed anything, including helping with restaurant recommendations that delivered. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Diego’s. We were lucky to have clear skies to really enjoy the view. The pictures don’t do it justice. We liked the private pool. Also, we found the complimentary concierge to be very helpful scheduling tours. Lastly, it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Diego’s place was the perfect home base for our trip. It is ideally located, close enough to town to enjoy everything La Fortuna has to offer while still feeling private and peaceful. The view is incredible. Waking up to a volcano right outside the window never got old. The house was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Diego was a great host and his recommendations were spot on. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Arenal Heights Villas (Bromelia)!!! The location was fantastic — a short drive to downtown La Fortuna, but closer to attractions like Tabacon. We also loved having a few “go-to” spots within easy walking distance, including the delicious breakfast at Soda El Arenal (we ate there every day), a small local market, and a handful of very yummy restaurants. The home itself is beautiful. It’s a very clean, modern space with an incredible layout. The kitchen was especially very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were excellent throughout the stay — very responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions we had — they also offered amazing recommendations! I also appreciated that they were proactive about communicating quiet hours ... even though we were close to other villas, it still felt peaceful and private in the evenings. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay in La Fortuna and we will absolutely come back again!
