The Space
The bungalow features an open-concept kitchen and living area, ideal for socializing and preparing meals. It includes:
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional single bed
- A bathroom designed for privacy and convenience, with two sinks, a shower enclosed by a door, and a separate toilet with its own door

- Wildlife: Expect to see local wildlife such as howler and white-faced monkeys near the bungalow, along with iguanas and raccoons. Harmless insects like ants, cockroaches, and geckos may also be present, especially during the rainy season. This is typical of the tropical environment and not related to cleanliness.
- Power Outages: Occasional power interruptions are common in Santa Teresa and may occur during your stay. This is a normal aspect of the local infrastructure.
- Humidity: Santa Teresa experiences an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. High humidity can cause clothes to take longer to dry, particularly during the rainy season, which is normal for the area.

Great stay!!!! I wish the water was a little hotter, but that is probably an easy fix. Proximity to the beach was walkable, location in Santa Teresa was excellent, accessible both north and south in my opinion are unbeatable. I really enjoyed my stay and would likely return. Thank you for hosting me. 🫶

Vraiment rien à redire sur ce logement. On s’y est senti comme chez nous. Tout était magnifique. Et en prime, des animaux partout, une magnifique piscine, résidence sécurisée et la plage à 2 pas. Merci infiniment nous avons adoré et les enfants aussi. Nous reviendrons.

El lugar es hermoso, muy completo y equipado, incluso nos dejó bebidas de cortesía y café y té para que no tuviéramos que salir apenas llegamos… el entorno espectacular muy integrado con la naturaleza, la pileta divina! La mejor ubicación a pasos de la playa. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveríamos

Heerlijke plek hoog in de bomen tussen de apen. Op loopafstand van het strand en alle restaurantjes. Zeker aan te bevelen

Maramar is an always a good choice when staying at ST. Yet the apartament has a lot to improve. If you are coming with plans to cook and a family to feed, this not the ideal place to stay: Bad Refirgerator and Freezer - does not maintain food properly No tupperwares Small TV Beds have bad mattress very un even and sinks in the center AC is old The living room has no AC at times it’s very hot Good things Great pool areas Parking space Safety Beach access Price point is very high for what you get inside the house
