it was not what I expected, poor quality beds for the place and what it costs the night. I do not recommend that elderly people go since they are too many stairs and it is very poorly distributed everything. very large house and do not have boilers with the ability to heat the water since the first night we did not have hot water and it was very cold.

The residence spans three levels, with four of the bedrooms situated on the lower floors, each featuring individual entrances for added privacy and convenience. We had a lot of fun here, the house staff is excellent! The taste of Mexico catering group made our mornings and the Isla pelican that the concierge recommended were a group highlight. It was a really beautiful place with beautiful views. The only negative experience we had was in regards to the taxi services; taxis and airport transit were VERY expensive. We did not feel the concierge was straight forward with us about our options, which felt sneaky. Not only was it insane prices for short distances ($100+ for an 7 minute drive, for example) - which was NOT communicated to us before taking the taxi - the taxi also arrived an hour late to pick us up. We negotiated with the drivers given the situation, and they ended up accepting $40 but a group member forgot their phone in the van. They held her phone hostage until we paid the other $64 for the 7 minute ride which put us all in a high alert situation as that felt very aggressive. When we let the house know, they defended the driver! Given the concierge did not gives us options, did not tell us the insanely high price before we entered the vehicle, the hour late ride leaving us stranded, and the aggressive phone hostage situation, it felt very unprofessional and part of a scam. It wasn’t until after that we realized we could have been using Uber that whole time. Learn from us and Uber or walk!!

We are very happy to hear you had a wonderful time in Los Cabos! Typical taxi fare in Cabo is approximately $4 per person which is what our concierge inform our guests. Taxi's are not metered like in the U.S. Your taxi to the marina and back for 14 people was $56 each way. When he brought your phone back, he just requested the remainder of what you owed. We don't recommend Uber as the security booth doesn't let Ubers through the gates and clients are forced to walk to the main entrance, however, clients may use any transportation service they like. We hope this clarifies and miscommunication you had with our concierge and taxi.

Wow! What a fantastic house in a fantastic location. We stayed with 8 girls and it’s such a safe neighborhood and so close to everything. Our concierge was Giovanni and he took such great care of arranging every little thing we needed during our stay. We loved relaxing in the pool at the end of each day and there was so much room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Cabo villas does a great job of adding a ton of value by assisting with so many trip arrangements like transportation, chefs, groceries, activities making the whole experience top notch. If you stay during the summer be sure to walk down to the private beach for the best sunset views and fireworks.

I do not recommend this villa!!!! I paid a lot of money to go enjoy a nice vacation with my family and it was a nightmare. The rooms were full of ants. The fridge did not work and spoiled all the food I had bought for the kids. The main A.C unit was not working and the house was extremely hot ..

We are sorry to hear about the experience this guest had at Villa Alegria. This villa is a favorite of our clients and we regret that this guest did not enjoy it! We are proud of our team for responding quickly to address the issues and offering to buy the guests lunch and send them out on an activity on us.  With the exception of the AC, everything was in working condition before the guests arrival and there was no evidence of ants anywhere. The refrigerator broke due to it being over-filled with warm beverages upon the clients check in (we do offer grocery services so that the items are already cooled when placed in the refrigerators and we warn our guests that this can create an issue especially during the summer). Once reported, we provided the client an additional mini fridge to put perishable items in until the main refrigerator was repaired. The ants were caused from food being left out in the bedroom the night before, once the staff cleaned and sprayed the room, there was no longer any evidence of ants (nor were there any other rooms where ants were found).  We do apologize that one of the two AC units in the living area was not working and unable to be repaired during the clients stay, however the other AC unit was able to cool the room efficiently. Happy to report that it is now fully repaired!

Amazing stay!!! Our communications with Jessica and concierge were seamless even before and during our stay. All our needs were met and they went above and beyond all our expectations. The location is amazing as well - close to downtown and the marina. Thank you!

Accommodations were amazing, so nothing but good comments here. Lola was very responsive in coordinating our transportation and activities prior to our arrival. Once we figured out how to contact Hector (on site concierge) it was super easy to coordinate everything from transportation each day to delivery of individual grocery items with a reasonable service charge. Daily cleaning crew was extremely friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at the house with 14 people and it was great! The views are amazing, the space and rooms are great. It was nice having a bathroom in each room so we could get ready. We added on chef services from FresCo and it was amazing. We were extremely happy. Rooms were spacious! Overall our group had a wonderful time.

This house is amazing.  It is bigger than what we expected and the view is spectacular.  The pool is also much bigger than it looks in the pictures.  Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.  Lola is a great host.  She is easy to communicate with and answered our questions very quickly.  I highly recommend this house!
