Jaco Beach Ocean View Jr Penthouse

We stayed at Michelle’s place for 3 weeks and it was wonderful and we were sad to leave. The condo was spacious, spotless, has amazing views, great balcony for relaxing and watching those stunning Jaco sunsets. The property was so well maintained, the pool clean and refreshing and we loved that you could go out the back gate and walk for kilometres/miles on the beach. Restaurants just a short walk away. Our favourite spot in Jaco. Michelle such a responsive host. LOVED IT!

If you’re wanting to stay in Jaco, you need to stay here! Absolutely gorgeous panoramic views of the Jaco Beach. You can hear the ocean waves crashing at all hours of the day, and made sleeping at night very peaceful. The condo is MUCH bigger than how it appears in the photos, it’s huge! Nice and spacious bathrooms with rain shower heads, closet with fully stocked beach supplies (chairs, towels, etc.), and the MASSIVE balcony. The beds are pretty firm, but I love firm beds, so I had great sleep. Additionally, you’re within walking distance of all the things that Jaco has to offer! Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this place!

This is a gorgeous condo on the 14th floor of the last high rise on edge of town. Super pleased with the place and the host.

Stunning ocean view with beautiful sunsets. Clean and updated condo had everything we needed for a great stay. We could easily walk down the beach or street to nearby restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying at Michelle's beautiful condo. The cleanliness, peacefulness, and surroundings were exactly as we remembered from our first stay. Michelle is always timely in her responses and the accommodations are well thought out. For example, upon arrival for each stay, there was a new sponge in the kitchen to use for dishes. We appreciated those thoughtful, extra touches. We also were able to watch macaws fly by in pairs each morning. Very cool! We felt extremely safe. The gentleman at the security gate is the same person who was there the first time we visited and he remembered us! He was very personable. The local couple at the beach who offer chair rentals and horseback rides (not associated with Breakwater Point condos) were super sweet and helpful. There is an amazing restaurant directly across the street and the food is five star! Be sure to try their housemade hot sauce. Nothing but good things to say about my experience!

Michelle is a fabulous host! We were in Costa Rica visiting our daughter who’s studying abroad and this location was the best for getting away and enjoying time with her as well as the beach and sunshine. It was incredibly clean and the view out the balcony was spectacular! There was loads of stuff to do all up and down the coast and this place was a good in the middle place to regroup. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is a gem!

El apartamento es mas grande de lo que se ve en fotos, super cómodo y con una vista espectacular, pasamos unos días super lindos, viajamos con dos niñas y todo fue genial.
