The Space
This elegant and cozy penthouse is situated in the exclusive El Cangrejo neighborhood, offering the entire top floor of the building for your private use. The space is divided into two fully independent, spacious, and comfortable apartments, each providing impressive views of the city.
The apartment spans nearly 2,000 square feet and is designed for family enjoyment. It features six private bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and closet. Additionally, every room includes two sofa beds and a 65" 4K smart TV.
Sleeping arrangements consist of two king beds and four queen beds, all fitted with orthopedic mattresses and premium 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. The penthouse also boasts three balconies that offer spectacular city views.
The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and comes fully stocked with all necessary utensils.
Please note that parties are not allowed, and visitors are prohibited.
Guest Access

Great location. Near Via Argentina so lots of restaurants, bars, life just a few steps away. Felt safe walking around and people were very friendly as well. Just a few blocks away from Constitution Ave which had a large grocery store, shopping, etc. Uber was $5 to Old Panama and other near by attractions. Worth it!

We rented the two apartments for our party of 8 and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The AC work well, which is always a plus in Panama. Filip was super helpful in arranging transfer to and from the airport, especially, since we all came and left at different times.

The apartments are just like the picture but the view is even better, the communication with filipp was easy and fast. I would recommend this Airbnb 1000%. Everything is close by and the amenities of the build are great. Good restaurants around and night life pretty close as well! We would do this airbnb every single time we come as the experience was extraordinary. The price is worth every penny! ALL rooms have their own bathrooms. The communication with filipp the host was super easy and clear, we was really helpful and gave us great choices to do things in panama.

great family vacation, Fillipp was extremely accommodating eight transportation for the 12 of us and our 22 pieces of luggage:). We will definitely return abd recommend the condo with the great view

Excellent place to stay with a large party. My family and friends stayed at Filipps place and rented both apartments on the top floor and I have to say that the view and the place itself was amazing. It was beyond what the pictures shows. We were walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, supermarket, and pharmacies. We will definitely be back! Thank you Filipp for being such a wonderful host and for always being very attentive to answer all questions and for giving us suggestions.
