Perfect apartment 1 min from downtown Tamarindo. Big apartment with everything you need. William came and gave us a new smart Tv and new furnitures to the balcony. Great pool and night security. Third time I stay in one of Williams apartments and I will continue to do so. Really friendly and great host, helps you out in any possible way. Recommend this to everyone!

El Cometa is an excellent location for your stay in Tamarindo. Condo #4 is perfect for 1 or 2 people and the pictures on the website are accurate. William is an attentive and informative host. I would recommend this listing.

No, the imenities list was not accurate. Unless the imenities list has been recently changed...... The original description that I used to book the unit with, lead me to believe that the property had a washer and dryer in the unit. It didn't. When I got there and asked William where were the washer and dryer......he said that the way to interpret the washer and dryer unit features was that it meant that there was a laundry service avaliable in the complex.......which was not true either. I found it very disappointing and deceiving. The main 3rd party laundry in Tamarindo had burnt down months earlier and had not been rebuilt yet. SO basically I was resigned to hand washing my laundry for 3 months. But then what do you expect for $1400a month in Tamarindo?

The place was in the perfect location. Right by all the restaurants and bars and super close to the beach. My buddies from surf school ended up staying at the hotel right across the street so it couldn't have been more perfect for me. I had originally only plannes to stay two weeks and decided to stay an extra. William was a great host. Very response with the booking and while I was in town. He gave me great tips and recommendations for my trip and I also ended up doing private yoga classes through one of his friends.

William was a fantastic host in all aspects. He was very accommodating of my family and went out of his way to ensure our stay was as perfect as possible. From filling a last-minute request to daily upkeep of the pool and grounds, I have nothing but praise for him and his property. I would not hesitate to recommend William to family and friends for any future rental needs in the Tamarindo/Playa Langosta area. Thank you so much for everything, William!

William was great! He made iur trip turn key and enjoyable. He was punctual, helpful, and the apartment/condo was just what we were looking for. He also helped Ilya rearrange our travel back to the airport. I would recommend contacting him if you're looking for a nice and affordable place to stay in Tamarindo
