The Space
Casa Miramar showcases a beautiful Mexican design with distinctive architecture, featuring colonial-style interiors and exquisite handcrafted furnishings throughout. This spacious two-story home offers nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The house is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in every bedroom. Marble flooring extends throughout the property, which is fully equipped with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from almost every room, especially from the comfortable patio next to the private pool and the large second-floor terrace. Both outdoor areas provide ideal spots to relax, enjoy the ocean breeze, and spend quality time with family and friends.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV, a dining room, and a kitchen. One of the two master bedrooms is located on this level and features a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms on the ground floor each contain two double beds. The second master bedroom is situated on the upper floor, also with a king-size bed, and offers breathtaking views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

Casa Miramar is situated in Playacar Phase I, an exclusive gated community of upscale homes. It is adjacent to downtown Playa del Carmen, with La Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) just a short walk away. This vibrant area offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, water sports, tours, bars, and live entertainment.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted at the house to receive keys and a thorough orientation, including all necessary information to ensure a pleasant stay.
Additional Information
- Monthly discounted rates are available; however, electricity and maid service are not included in the rental price.
- Electricity usage is metered at 8 pesos per kilowatt. A photo of the electricity meter will be taken upon arrival and departure.
- An electricity deposit of 750 USD is required before arrival via Airbnb.
- Properties with gardens and pools receive periodic maintenance by staff. Guests wishing not to be disturbed should notify in advance.
- Damage or stains to linens (including makeup, hair dye, food, suntan lotion, etc.) will incur charges equivalent to the replacement cost of the affected items (towels, rugs, bedding, curtains, etc.).
- The presence of sargassum seaweed occurs mainly during warmer months. Guests should be aware that notification about its presence or absence prior to arrival is not provided by the property.

This home was beyond beautiful and perfect for large families. The adults loved that the beach is literally across the street and you can walk barefoot. The children loved the pool. The home is spacious and beautiful. It's only about a 15 min walk to 5th ave, 1 min walk to beach. The walk to 5th ave is also enjoyable, you walk past some ruins. I loved the stay and would highly recommend it. The upstairs master bedroom has a patio with a view that is just unexplainable. Also recommend getting groceries so you do not have to walk to 5th ave everyday. Although it is close the walk is exhausting to do multiple times a day in the heat. Oh and they also have filtered drinking water which was lovely. My family of 9 had not one single complaint.

Casa Miramar is an absolutely charming property, very spacious, lots of lighting which we absolutely love, the master is a dream with views throughout the day and night while you can enjoy some quiet time hearing the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with all amenities and one cannot ask for more away from home. Mercedes was very helpful as we had issues with the swimming pool and she arranged for another one on an adjacent property till things were taken care off. Overall a very peaceful, safe and beautiful place for a family getaway away from the crowds and very well placed to access malls, supermarkets and the main highway. We loved our stay and would love to come back again.

Sin lugar a dudas, recomiendo ampliamente esta casa. Estuvimos alojados mi familia y yo (10 personas entre niños y adultos) y realmente nos sentiremos como en casa. Tiene una ubicación espectacular cercana a la 5a avenida (caminando como a 10-15 minutos), la casa en sí cuenta con bonito diseño, equipamiento suficiente para que tu estancia sea de lo más placentera. La ropa de cama así como almohadas y colchones eran muy cómodos. El aire acondicionado funciona sin problema en cada parte de l casa que te encuentres. Definitivamente, volveríamos a tomar como opción este alojamiento para nuestras próximas vacaciones. Enhorabuena buena. Gracias a Mercedes por sus atenciones y disponibilidad.

La casa es un excelente lugar, es amplia, cómoda, muy bien equipada. La piscina es de buen tamaño y en la parte superior tiene una terraza grande y muy disfrutable, con vista al mar. Es céntrica y cercana a la zona más comercial de Playa del Carmen. A pesar de ello, es súper tranquilo ya que se encuentra dentro de un condominio, que además es muy seguro. La entrega es muy sencilla y al llegar te reciben personalmente y te explican todo lo que hay disponible y su funcionamiento. La persona asignada para estar en contacto es amable y responde muy rápido. Se accede a la playa de manera muy rápida caminando y el único punto a mencionar para tener en cuenta es que es una playa rocosa y con poco espacio para permanecer allí, especialmente si se va con niños, que fue mi caso. Sin embargo esto es un detalle menor pues siempre es posible desplazarse a playas muy hermosas y tranquilas a poca distancia de Playa del Carmen. La recomendamos 100% y agradecemos la amabilidad durante nuestra estancia
