Very nice and clean airbnb. Close to everything by walking. Pool was so wonderful. Beds are comfortable and host is very responsive.

Perfect place with two master suites, so no fighting over rooms. It’s just a few blocks from the Main Street, so it was quiet, yet close. New, pristine and well equipped. Salt water pool and ice plunge were a nice touch.

We had a great 8-day stay at Marivella Estates. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool was a highlight, and we especially loved having the cold plunge right on the property. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Audrey was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Top place to stay during your time in Tamarindo. Great views, short walk to beach and restaurants. Very close to downtown as well. It’s quiet, private and safe.

We really enjoyed our two nights at Audrey's place. The building and unit itself are very modern and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool and experiencing the cold plunge! It's secluded and safe while still being walkable to a grocery store, coffee shop and plenty of restaurants.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk into town, close to many fabulous restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the big windows that looked out to the hillside. Having a pool with many amenities was a great feature (even a cold plunge!) Audrey was very easy to reach and responded quickly. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioners worked very well. Having a balcony outside of the unit was nice for early morning coffee while watching the horses graze within 100 yards of the property. Highly and confidently recommend Maravilla. You will not be disappointed!

The stay at Maravilla Estates was fantastic. Great location 10 min walk to beach and all bars and restaurants and entertainment but just far enough away in a peaceful neighbourhood. Audrey, the cleaners, the security and maintenance staff were very welcoming and friendly. The unit was even nicer and bigger than the pictures depict. Spacious modern and clean. We had a massive balcony that I enjoyed reading on every morning having my coffee. The owner happened to be there when we were there and he was the most friendly generous guy. We were there a month so saw lots of new people come and go in the rest of the building and really great people. This place is my go to place to stay when in Tamarindo in the future! 5 Star for sure!

Beautifully furnished home. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pool was great on hot days. Beautiful kitchen and many accessories to allow us to cook meals at home as we are not big on eating out.

We spent 2 weeks at Maravilla Estates January 2025 and all aspects of our stay were very positive. The accommodations were spectacular and had all we could need for our stay. We were very comfortable. We were without a car and found the location very walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We did rent a vehicle for a day to further explore the area which I would highly recommend if you are adventurous. Both Audra, the property manager and the owner who was onsite for a few days of our stay were very welcoming and responsive to any of our needs. The grounds were also very nicely done and the pool was very much appreciated after returning from a walk! We did see many guests enjoy the cold plunge but we were onlookers rather than participants in that particular activity!! Thank you Audra and Jason for your hospitality!
