The Space
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is located on the beautiful Playa Hermosa in Guanacaste. It offers guests breathtaking views of the bay and the privacy ideal for a relaxing getaway. Recently renovated, the home showcases a modern Costa Rican design with an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects to a charming and secluded pool.
The floor plan includes a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a sizable island, and sliding glass doors that open onto the pool and terrace. From this vantage point, panoramic views stretch from sunrise to sunset, creating a stunning backdrop.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, enclosed shower, double vanity, and a walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the villa, the guest bedroom also includes a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.
An outdoor barbecue area allows you to enjoy meals al fresco while being surrounded by the natural sounds of the environment.

What a beautiful home! Everything was perfect, gorgeous views, comfy beds, very clean. The house had everything you needed. I loved waking up to the birds in the morning and sunset views were incredible. We will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were very responsive and had great recommendations. We had an excellent chef for Christmas dinner that was recommended by them as well. We felt safe and had an amazing family vacation stay!

My husband and teenage son stayed 6 nights at Casa Aria. We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect from the time of arrival until we left. The view was breathtaking and the house was equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and well kept. Upon our arrival The Brokers had great communication and answered any questions we had, it being our first time to Costa Rica. Everyone was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and easy to get around. There are restaurants and grocery stories all within a short drive. The house is equipped with an alarm system we felt safe at night. Over all it was a 10/10 stay and we will definitely be back to Costa Rica and would love to stay again at Casa Aria.

This is a difficult review to write. We often rent Airbnbs, and we always opt for high-quality places. Casa Aria is no exception - a wonderful home with great amenities and stunning views. The beds are comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. However, our morning of departure was a shock. We woke up to find our cell phones missing from our bedside tables. In the common area, we discovered our luggage had been rummaged through. We had been robbed in the middle of the night, with the thief coming within inches of us while we slept. You could say the thief was "respectful" - they mainly took technology (cell phones, an iPad, a Kindle, watches, and headphones) as well as cash. We're thankful they didn't kidnap our 7-year-old daughter, take our IDs, or credit cards. The experience was terrifying and traumatic. Afterward, the property owners and Jennifer from the management company have been very supportive, kind, and helpful. Even so, we can't erase this terrible experience from our memory.

Our second stay in Casa Aria and a wonderful experience. The view is stunning, the house is gorgeous and my wife and I love love love the pool.

This Airbnb was absolutely stunning. It was immaculately clean and the views were out of this world. The outdoor kitchen, swim up bar is where we spent most of our days. Brokers were great hosts and very helpful. I hope to return one day and would recommend this place to everyone.

I know everyone is saying stunning views but until you actually walk through the front door you have no idea just how gorgeous this “place on the mountain” is. Very clean, well appointed, great hosts, comfy beds, we could go on and on. Easy to get into town. Fun restaurants and a nice little market.

Absolutely beautiful! Million dollar view and experience. After experiencing a private and beautiful home, I prefer this over an all inclusive resort option. This option is much more private, peaceful and enjoyable. We loved the in home massages and the view from the pool was incredible. Amazing!

This place is incredible, the view is amazing and the infinity pool is great. We really had to pull ourselves away from the apartment! It’s well appointed and has everything you need, a dream airbnb!
