C’est franchement un petit paradis. Villa décorée avec goût et style. La vue sur la mer et la jungle est exceptionnelle. Les couples d’aras nous saluent au passage. La petite piscine est un atout! Site entretenu par jardinier! On vous recommande d’aller souper au restaurant « Cuba libre » à la marina Pez Vela. Nous y retournerons avec joie! Merci à Thomas et Lili!

Just wow! All I can say is Wow! we had the best stay here! we saw more wild life at Thomas's airbnb than we did in Manuel Antonio! If you want to immersed in nature this is it! The bed was amazing and plenty of hot water. The howler monkeys can be loud but that was part of the fun lol!!! we would stay again

Wir sind begeistert von der Villa Malinche. Helles grosszügiges Haus mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tropischer Garten mit einer fantastischen Aussicht aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und Thomas ist ein super Gastgeber.

We stayed 3 nights at the Villa and had a great time. The place was very clean with a comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The adjacent garden and hammocks were our favorite places to chill in the evenings. Saw some wildlife on the property. Thomas was also helping us with booking an amazing tour guide for Manuel Antonio NP. 5*****

This was truly a great experience. I loved Thomas and Lili's home. Whenever I come back to Quepos I will definitely stay here again. Must have 4x4 to access... 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend.

Thomas was a great host. Super friendly and helpful. When we arrived, he made us aware of nearby construction that had recently begun and offered a different villa on his property so that we would be protected from the noise. It ended up being a fantastic trade! So much wildlife on the property throughout our visit. Beautiful, peaceful, private surroundings. We loved being away from the touristy areas and being surrounded by the jungle sounds and views.

The place was beautiful and perfect for a romantic couple trip! All the necessities are included in the villa, and the views are out of this world (ocean view, plants, wildlife). The hosts are extremely helpful with booking activities and providing recommendations. Having them around on the property made us feel safe. Our hosts made this trip smooth, simple, and allowed us to enjoy the pura vida lifestyle. Would love to go back one day!

Oh boy, where to begin… Save yourself time and check Thomas’s 1–2 star reviews to get a taste for his attitude. We booked his “jungle dream cabin” and found a big gecko and large scorpion in the curtains—definitely not clean. NOWHERE in the description does it say you’ll have scorpions or jungle critters inside. For the price, I expected better. Thomas upgraded us to a “villa,” basically an extension of his porch, but we still found another scorpion, termites dropping dust on us, ants, and holes in the mesh so anything can crawl in. Dishes were dirty too. I’ve camped in scorpion territory and never had this issue—normal people fix netting! We left after removing the second scorpion and told Thomas and Airbnb. Even Airbnb agreed animals that could pose danger shouldn’t be in your room. The place needs serious maintenance. I guess next time read the description… oh wait, he conveniently left all those parts out. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!
