The Space

The Villa

The villa has been thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail. Upon arrival, you are greeted by breathtaking views and a calm atmosphere.

• Primary Suite
  Relax in a king-sized bed with a full en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub overlooking the ocean. The room provides direct access to an over-the-cliff viewpoint and includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

• Room I
  This flexible room contains a king bed that can be split into two twin beds with prior notice. It includes a smart TV, shares a bathroom with Room II, and is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

• Room II
  Featuring a cozy queen bed and a smart TV, this room shares a bathroom with Room I. It also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

• Home Theater
  A retractable screen descends from the living room ceiling, connected to an Apple TV for immersive movie nights.

• Teakwood Deck
  Enjoy expansive ocean views from the large teakwood deck, ideal for relaxation or yoga practice.

• Dining Area
  Gather around a custom concrete slab table that seats six, or opt for a casual meal at the breakfast bar with seating for three.

• Laundry Room
  Equipped with a washer and dryer, with housekeeping available to wash, dry, and iron clothes during their shift.

• Infinity Pool
  Take in serene views of Montezuma’s beaches from the elevated infinity pool.

The Property

This unique estate spans over 30 hectares of private reserve, overlooking Montezuma Beach with pristine ocean vistas. Located next to a National Refuge, the property acts as a wildlife corridor. The owners live 200 meters away.

• The River
  Explore the enchanting river running through the property, featuring striking waterfalls and natural pools. The challenging hike is guided by staff as the trail is finalized.

• Waterfalls
  Discover waterfalls along the river ranging from 3 to 17 feet in height.

• Fresh River Pools
  Relax in the tranquil pools scattered along the river.

• The Playground
  Two playgrounds are located a short walk from the villa, providing entertainment for younger guests.

Nearly every corner of the house offers sweeping ocean views.

Location

Montezuma’s charming town center is just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. It offers supermarkets, souvenir shops, restaurants, and more.

Additional Information

The base rate includes up to two guests. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, as an additional fee applies for each person beyond two.

For larger groups, both Casa Cocobolo and Casa Ceibo can be booked together, accommodating up to 12 adults with exclusive access to both villas—ideal for a private, luxurious getaway.

The three upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. The main floor relies on a large ceiling fan in the living room and sliding glass doors in the kitchen to welcome refreshing coastal breezes.

Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for four hours daily. Sunday service is available for an additional $40.

Self check-in is available, but guests may opt for a guided tour by a team member. An extra $100 fee applies for arrivals after 8 p.m., as a staff member must meet guests at the entrance and escort them to the villa.

Due to the villa’s architectural design and jungle surroundings, insects may occasionally enter the living areas. While regular fumigation is performed, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
