Welcome to Villa Viajero, a stylish poolside condominium offering all the comforts needed for a peaceful stay in the heart of Tamarindo. Located within a quiet gated community, this two-story ground floor unit is part of the Villa Verde 2 complex. It features two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and blackout curtains. The master bedroom includes a private balcony, while the front porch overlooking the pool provides a perfect spot to unwind.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, with all newer appliances and air conditioning units installed in every room. A daily security guard is on duty from 1 PM to 6 AM for added peace of mind.

Villa Viajero is conveniently situated about a five-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the vibrant downtown Tamarindo area.
Guest Access and House Rules
- This property is adults only. Guests aged 12 and older are welcome only if approved by the host before booking.
- Please read all house rules and Airbnb guidelines carefully.
- There is no access to Smart TV platforms like Netflix; only cable TV is available. Guests may bring their own HDMI-compatible streaming devices.
- Laundry service is offered upon request for $10 per wash, dry, and fold cycle, payable in cash. Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. The long-time housekeeper, Rubi, can assist with laundry either in the presence of guests or when guests are away.
- Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please avoid blocking other vehicles.
- Candles of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home.
- A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
Important Guidelines
- Follow all instructions regarding air conditioning use. Never leave the air conditioning units running when the property is unoccupied, as misuse can cause significant damage and result in repair charges.
- Avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothing.
- Do not take bathroom towels to the beach.
- Be cautious with curtains and blinds to prevent damage.
- Dispose of all sanitary products in the waste bins as indicated by bathroom signs.
- Please rinse off sandy feet or shoes using the public shower near the pool before entering the home. "Dirt towels" are provided near the front door to help clean legs, feet, and shoes after visiting the beach or when the area is muddy.

Really loved this place. Really large unit, comfortable beds, hot water, in a laid back complex close to the beach. Host was super nice and flexible and everything in the unit was clean and nicely taken care of. Can’t wait to be back at this place!

Nos gustó mucho el lugar! Buena locación, lugar bien equipado, y muy seguro. La comunicación con el host fue 10/10. Recomendación: tener más sartenes ya que solo encontramos ollas y mejorar la limpieza del baño ya que al llegar parecía este no se había limpiado habían cabellos en todas las paredes.

Muy buena atención …todo bien sala y cocina con todo ordenado y lo que se ocupa aire acondicionado en en sala y cuartos súper bien, el apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Nos encantó el lugar ubicación playas tamarindo y langosta súper cerca, todo nos gusto mucho volveremos !!!

Our second time staying at this airbnb and it is one of our favorites in the world. It is the perfect airbnb - everything you need! Great location, very quiet, spacious, so clean, all the things you need to feel at home. Spent lots of time just hanging by the pool right outside the front door.

Le logement est bien situé et agréable, mais nous avons rencontré des problèmes d'eau courante. À notre arrivée, l'acces à l'eau courante était limité, malgré une consommation très réduite de notre part. Ce point n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. C'est dommage pour un service aussi essentiel, car le reste du séjour s'est bien passé.
