## Guest Access

Air conditioning in the living room is available for an extra charge of $25 per day. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use it so we can provide the remote control.

Our unit at Rancho Santana was wonderfully appointed and a great location. Close to the pool for family fun time and the beach was just 5 minutes away.<br/>Karina was EXTREMELY helpful and I don’t think I found a problem or request that she didn’t have an answer for. We would go back in a heartbeat, fantastic escape if you need a family friendly spot in Nicaragua.

Great condo with close proximity to the pool, ocean view, breezy and comfortable decor and furnishings. Bed was extremely comfortable. The true highlight of our stay was our host concierge, Karina. She was always responsive, so thorough and thoughtful with her local recommendations and instructions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be able to work with Karina again.

I loved the stay, clean and very cozy place.  I loved the view and the host was very clear and friendly. I'll be back soon. Great location, everything is nearby.

A lovely updated condo. Walkable to restaurants, beaches and other ranch amenities. Karina was easy to communicate with. Rancho Santana is a favorite destination. We look forward to returning soon. We would not hesitate to stay at Karina’s condo again.
