Hace dos años nos hospedamos aquí y nos encantó, por eso decidimos regresar. Lamentablemente, esta vez nos llevamos una gran decepción, ya que encontramos la propiedad mucho más descuidada. Lo más preocupante fue encontrar orines de gato en la cocina. Además, los encargados no mostraban iniciativa: había que pedir que retiraran la basura, cambiaran las bolsas de los botes o repusieran papel higiénico. Al informar a la anfitriona, nos indicó que habláramos con el encargado, respuesta que no nos pareció adecuada. La propiedad también necesita mantenimiento; la piscina tiene azulejos dañados y hay moho en varias paredes. El lugar tiene mucho potencial por su excelente ubicación, pero necesita mejorar en limpieza, mantenimiento y atención al huésped e iniciativa por parte de los encargados del lugar

The property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos perfectly. It offers direct beach access, a beautiful pool, and plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious, and best of all, the air conditioning works exceptionally well. Mr. Balmore and Ms. Anita were wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating, and their genuine hospitality reflects the warmth and generosity for which Salvadoran culture is known. During our stay, we asked if they could prepare some meals for our group. They simply requested a menu, we provided funds for the groceries, and they took care of the rest. While this service is not included in the rental price, it is very affordable and absolutely worth it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

El lugar muy bueno frente al mar, parqueo privado, cuartos grandes. El tema son las mascotas, mal olor de gatos en la cocina que está abierta.

The beach is easily accessible from the house. Plenty of sitting and lounging area, the pool was cute and fun for the family. Loved that every room had a full bathroom and AC. Overall, a good place for a little weekend getaway.

Great home on the beach. Beach is clean. I was surprised that the kitchen is outdoors, it was okay but if you are cooking then this attracts more bugs. Would have preferred indoor kitchen. The pool was clean and so was the outdoor lounge space.
