My favorite part of my stay here with Lico the property manager as well the location of the Airbnb. I think this is better suited for a short stay as I stayed for five weeks. The first night that I got there, there was an animal that breached my location, and I awakened to something had eaten through my food. It happened again, the second day that I was there. I informed Lico, that this animal had eaten through many of my groceries, including my eggs, flour, sugar, bread, etc. and Lico stated that he would see if Peter the owner would compensate me for my food that was lost however, Peter never did. Approximately two weeks later, Lico informed me that it was a possum that was in my space for two nights. Also, I was instructed by Peter that my noise level was too high regarding my voice as I work from home. I was told that I was disturbing the other guest. However, both guest in villa two and four were super noisy! Villa 4 sounded as if it was a fraternity party happening there.

Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Un lugar básico, sin embargo para un viaje a la playa es lo que se necesita. Pura vida!

The owner did not inform me of the house construction 50 ft from my rental. It had been going on for months. It seems my inconvenience of noise at 7:30 am through 5pm daily was not as important as his money. After some deliberation, he finally did make other arrangements with me but, that arrangement put me home two weeks early. I had to scramble to have a place to stay and scramble to make airline reservation changes. All and all it was unfair.

Superbe logement très bien situé idéal pour un couple. Le seul point négatif est la cuisine assez rudimentaire, pas idéal pour cuisiner mais il y a pleins de restau a cotée.

Great location, quiet and peaceful. Nice stroll to the beach. Lico, the property manager was excellent. Pura Vida!

Peter and Lico were so kind and helpful 🙏🏻. It was like having my own little apartment. My favorite part about my stay was Princess, the Cat. She would come visit me every night. It’s great for a monthly stay! Everything is very close by, including the beach !:)

Un lugar muy agradable, se encuentra al final de una pequeña calle rodeada de vegetación lo que lo hace muy tranquila y segura, fácil estacionamiento. internamente es un espacio muy cómodo, fresco, que contiene todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. A sólo 150 mts existe un supermercado, alquiler de bicicletas, restaurantes y demás. La persona encargada del lugar Lico siempre atento y coordial. El acceso a la playa (playa chiquita) es sumamente cerca no más de cinco minutos caminando. Destaco que estuve por allá con mi mascota un perro y es un lugar también muy cómodo para ellos. 💯% recomendado y sin duda no será la última vez que este por allá.
