- A pack n’ play is available for an extra daily fee. Please notify us via Airbnb messenger at least 48 hours before check-in if you require one. Payment must be made prior to arrival.
- On-site parking is available for $3.50 USD per day, payable at the HOA office by credit or debit card only (no cash accepted).
- Drone usage is prohibited by HOA regulations. Violations may result in fines issued by the HOA.

We had a wonderful stay and love Missiones Del Cabo! The hosts were very responsive to our needs. We had some drain and shower door issues, and they were fixed in a very timely manner. The place is beautiful, and the grounds are great. The pool bars have the best food in town for the best prices! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

When we first checked in there was a horrible sewer smell, however the host was SUPER responsive and got someone out there immediately to check the plumbing. It turns out there was a problem with one of the drains that was fixed right away. Everything else about this place was excellent. We sat on the patio and saw whales breaching everyday. The place itself was super clean and had everything to help us have a great stay. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and more!

The complex is very well maintained, and the views are amazing. The apartment itself was nice but needed some maintenance. We had a slow leak of murky water in the main bedroom for two nights, which continued even after the host said they had fixed it. They also didn’t bother to empty the bucket. While issues like this can happen, the host’s response was disappointing—unlike the cleaning crew, who arrived promptly at 10 a.m. For the price, parking should be included.

Jim’s place in Cabo was everything we expected and more. Beds were huge and comfortable and we had a carne asada night with the grill! We also took advantage of the private beach and got to swim in the ocean since the current wasn’t bad at all in that area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cabo.

If you want a more "chill" vibe, this is your place! So quiet. The views are amazing - way better than the pictures can even describe. The truly private beach is a short walk, and you can go walk to watch the sunrise, which I highly recommend! There is scuba gear, towels, foldable chairs and umbrellas that are available for a day at the beach. Sitting on the patio at night was a dream - grab your beverage of choice and listen/watch the waves straight in front of you. There is a market right across the street that you can stock the fridge and pantry with local foods, just a quick Uber ride there. I can't say enough about this location and if you have any questions, their response time is very quick. I will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's. The location is great and a short drive to the marina, Walmart, Costco, and restaurants. The condo looks out to the ocean and it's a beautiful view, especially to just sit and drink coffee in the morning. The property is quiet and the staff was always helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool and all the beach toys available in the condo for us to use at the beach. There were plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs to use as well. We really appreciated having everything we needed for the beach. We highly recommend and would come back again.

All I can say is, wow, what a wonderful place to stay! However, I have to know that you will not be communicating with Jim. He has a staff of people who are on top of communicating with you via the Airbnb app. The only part of the description I found misleading was that we would have access to the infinity pool that's in a nearby facility, but there was a terrific pool on site with a pool bar and great Baja shelf for the children. The house itself was incredible! Such a wonderful view, great amenities, and they even provided snorkeling gear, sand toys, and several bath & beach towels ( so we didn't have to wash them every day). It was a perfect place for our family and we will definitely be back as great service was provided!
