The apartment is nice. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The aircon probably needs a Freon change. the building has laundromats, which is comfortable. There is parking near the building, which was nice too. By car playa Ocotal and Hermosa are quite close.

Sitio súper tranquilo, limpio y es igual que en las fotos. Pase varios días y sin duda volvería. Debo reconocer que ha sido uno de los mejores donde me he alojado. Recomendado !

Hazel was wonderful as well , we stayed 4 nights and it was a great little place to stay , pool was clean and the room was great , it is on the 3rd floor , so just enough cardio for me !!

Loved our stay in Laurie’s condo! The kitchen was fully equipped and we made all our own food. Both Laurie and her local contact were exceptionally responsive and helpful, definitely recommend.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool. Lediglich hat uns Stauraum für unsere Klamotten gefehlt (der einzig vorhandene Schrank war leider voll). Laurie ist sehr freundlich, hat uns mehrfach ihre Hilfe angeboten (bzgl. Unternehmungen) und war immer gut erreichbar. Beim Check-In ist es mit der Mitarbeiterin, die uns empfangen sollte, wohl zu einem Missverständnis gekommen, wodurch wir etwas warten mussten. Am Ende hat dann aber alles geklappt. Es gibt eine Schlüsselbox - sehr praktisch, wenn man mal unabhängig voneinander Dinge unternehmen möchte. Die direkte Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen, nachts haben wir sicherheitshalber daher lieber ein Uber genommen. Aber die Anlage selbst war sehr schön und sicher. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder mieten, klare Empfehlung!

Laurie's condo is clean and well-equipped - kitchen has lots of pots and pans, everything you need in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The pictures and description is very accurate. The pool is very cute and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Laundry room is clean and affordable. There is a convenient store right across the street and a nice a pizza restaurant downstairs. We met and made friends with many people during our stay, and we were fortunate enough to go on a few out-trips to surrounding beaches. We had a great 2-month stay.
