Elegant and exclusive penthouse

The perfect place in a perfect location. Wonderful condo with plenty of space, a nice pool and extremely safe. Great place for large groups or a big family. Thanks Alexandria we will definately be back.

Great place to celebrate a milestone with family and friends. Mario was very attentive to our needs. Everything was provided and we couldn't think of anything that was missing. Thank you for allowing us to make great memories.

Location is right next to everything and about 3 blocks from the grocery store. Lots of options to shop and eat. Playa isn't known for its beaches so we ended up in tulum for a beach day. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The ac was off until we arrived so the place needed some time to cool down, but no problems while we were there. I didn't have issues with the internet while I was there but some said that it would go in and out at times but not very long. The views and pool were great! very relaxing! would stay again with a large group. The only criticism would be that the kitchen didn't have much, not even salt and pepper so you will need to buy everything, and only one of the kitchens on the 3rd floor is available for use. That wasn't a problem for us. I didn't see a broom or dish washer so we got someone to come clean the place for $1000mxn, but they did not restock towels or anything. I would bring my own next time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the action on Quinta Avenida. Despite being so central, the space felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The unit itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and helpful, making check-in and any questions throughout the trip a breeze. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or coming back to Playa, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

We have stayed at Magia condos for almost a decade. We have stayed in a number of apartments but this was, by far, the best. The location is the BEST. It is on a quiet side street on the corner of 5th, so you be right next to all the action but can sleep at night. The main pool is amazing but you also have a private LARGE jacuzzi (we call it a "mini pool") and two huge balconies. So you can sun and swim in private. The inside is super clean and comfortable. There are bathrooms for everyone!!! The AC works perfect. Honestly, I dont have anything negative to say about this place. Contact with Alexandra through Airbnb and local contact Mario via Whats App is simple. We already booked for next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This space was perfect for our trip and allowed us access to a ton of fun local business. The elegance of the space made us feel welcome and confortable. It has that wow factor that each morning and night you have an uninterrupted view of the sunset/sunrise. Looking forward to returning to this exact place every year.
