## The Space

The home features four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes a sofa bed and its own full bathroom. The master suite has a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool courtyard. The second and third bedrooms also have closets and private bathrooms. From the fourth bedroom, step out onto the terrace with views of Cabo.

A large sundeck provides beautiful marina views. The terrace includes a private pool with an attached jacuzzi, which is heated for comfort.

Casa Isabella is such a great location you can walk to coffee shops in the morning! The house is clean and decorated nice. The communication with the hosts was fantastic. There was an issue with the AC and the hosts sent someone out immediately to fix it. We also were able to check in early which was a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was great and exactly like the photos! About a 20 minute (hilly) walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to town. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub got hot! The kitchen was stocked nicely before we got there. All of the air conditioning worked great. One of the showers didn’t warm up, all of the others did. A little buggy but not awful. Host was easy to communicate with, helped us book airport transportation both ways. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful home in a very safe private community. Conveniently located close to Marina, shopping , and restaurants. The house was stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking. Hot tub and pool was a hit. We were met at the house and host walked us through everything. We would definitely stay there again

This was my group's first time in Cabo and this place was exactly as pictured and described. Not only was the host responsive with all questions asked before we got there, she also greeted us as we arrived and the check in process was seamless. The home was extremely clean and had all listed amenities in working order. The pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful addition. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and only a short walk to downtown Cabo and the Marina area. Our host even arranged round trip transportation to and from the airport for us and the drivers were on time and professional with nice up to date SUV automobiles. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Cabo. Thank you so much to Ana Patricia and Cristina for making this a truly remarkable experience.

The property is in a great location and well stocked with kitchen supplies.  We enjoyed sitting around the pool during the day and loved the roof top patio at night.  Great views from the rooftop.  We were 3 couples and felt like we all had plenty of space to spread out.  You can walk to the marina area in 10 minutes.  We also rented a golf cart for longer trips.  The bedrooms and bathrooms are fabulous, not a bad room in the house.

The house is perfect for up to four couples. Four private rooms and bathrooms, one extra washroom downstairs. Lovely private pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked, and now it has lots of spices to cook with. Close enough to town to walk if you’re ok with walking on cobblestone until you get to the marina.

Have stayed here twice now and really enjoy this house. Great house for entertaining and plenty of space to “get away” when you need those quiet times.  Great location, easy walk into town.

Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood with great location. Easy walking distance to downtown (although the return trip is uphill). Great size accommodation for our entire family. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Large dining area for meals and games. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed extensively. Ana was very responsive to our requests during our stay. She reserved a shuttle to transport our whole group to and from the airport. She also quickly helped with several minor issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb for any trip to Cabo!

Great house with a nice pool and spa. We spent most of our time out at beaches or fishing, but enjoyed the house very much! I recommend bringing mosquito spray and repellents as they do like to gather here!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was the best airbnb we could have booked!! The place is even more beautiful in person and we all had plenty of space. Our host was incredibly responsive and helped us coordinate groceries and a private chef. The only hiccup was that the AC was not working well in one room but we notified the host and she had someone come to fix it within hours! Our family (with five young adults) loved the home. We all enjoyed the private spaces -- large bedrooms and bathrooms -- as well as the common areas for family meals, pool time and game nights! The location was great, allowing kids to walk down to the corner store and coffee shops each morning. And the beautiful pool and hot tub were ideal for relaxing after our long outings. The home was a challenge to find within the gated community, but Ana was responsive and helped guide us. Thank you for a great family vaca!

Place was even nicer than in the pictures! So nice having an en suite bath for every bedroom. In a private gated community 15 min walk from dt Cabo, which was so convenient.  Neighborhood felt extremely safe and clean.  Pool and courtyard were so pretty!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Isabella.  All of the amenities were perfect.  Close to the marina, walkable, safe and a perfect stay!

We mostly enjoyed our stay. Great community. Walking to town is easy. The house has wonderful spaces. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Our host recommended a chef to prepare in home meals. The food and service were great. The host also arranged our transportation that was excellent. The price using the host was more expensive than booking direct. A few issues with the house One shower did not work properly when we arrived and stopped working completely on the second use. While the host did send someone to fix it quickly, it failed again immediately. We chased the host several times to fix the shower. It did not get fixed during our 9 day, The dishwasher not working properly. The host only noted it was a year old. There was no attempt to resolve the problem. The house did not have enough dishes or cutlery. When the chef cooked he had to wash dishes after each course. It’s a wonderful space. A few changes would make a huge difference in the guest experience.

This home is perfect for couples traveling together. All four rooms are spacious and comfortable. The walk to the pier is easy and short. I will stay here again on my next visit.

This was a GREAT place and a wonderful experience. Myself and 3 sons came to Cabo to fish and this is located very close to the marina, easy walk to the marina and downtown Cabo. The pool and spa were very nice and the bedrooms were great. We didn’t cook while we were there but it looked like they had everything you would need if we did. The host that met when we arrived was very nice and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. If I had to suggest anything it would be to let us know what was in the kitchen. It had coffee and water (which we bought at Costco before checking in). Also the shower handle in the downstairs bedroom seemed like it was stripped out a bit. Took some time and patience to get the water temp adjusted. Again great place and great experience. Thank YOU!

Ana greeted us and explained a few things regarding the pool, laundry unit, garbage pickup, etc the house was clean, the pool area was fabulous and we loved the hot tub. Excellent week vacation.

Great home for 4 adults. Ana responded quickly to any questions and met us to explain everything about the house.

The location was great. Easy walk to downtown. The place was nice and very comfortable for 8 people. There are a couple of things to note. 1. The hot tub does not heat the pool. There is no circulation in the pool nor does the hot tub spillover into the pool. Thus the pool was unusable due to temperature of pool. 2. The house is very dark due to many light bulbs being out. None of the lights I. The ceiling fans work so each bedroom had to rely on lamps on nightstands. Nonetheless, it was a good place with fantastic communication from the property management team.

Patricia’s Home was immaculate!!! The location was excellent!! The gated neighborhood was even better!! It felt like home away from home!! You will not regret staying in this home. One of the best parts was going all the way to the top of the mountain and seeing the ocean and all the other beautiful homes in the community. The walk was not bad at all to the Marina, it was just that small hill walking back to the house. But after my first walk, I took that hill on like a champ every time after 😄. It was always something to do. There’s plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance to enjoy. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I to enjoy your home!

The house is absolutely amazing – it’s spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more impressive than the pictures suggest. We stayed an entire month, the house was equipped with everything we needed.  The host's were very responsive and helped with multiple questions. Neighbors weren't loud.  Walkable distance to anything downtown.  If you choose to taxi or Uber.  Definitely take an Uber prices are 1/3 of the price of taxies.  We would defiantly stay again.

Casa Isabella was the perfect place to stay in Cabo. We visited for my bachelorette and had plenty of room for the group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the common areas were great to convene together. The pool area was great and allowed us to enjoy the wonderful weather while not getting too hot. It’s close enough to town to walk to if guy want, but we took Ubers and had minimal wait time. The security of the neighborhood was very comforting as an all female group. I also appreciated how responsive and proactive the host was with all our questions. Definitely recommend!

Had an incredible bachelorette weekend for my sister here in Cabo. House was spacious, well stocked, and perfect distance for walking into town. The pool and the hot tub were lovely. Host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the stay from coordinating a shuttle pickup to and from the airport to having groceries stocked for us upon arrival. Would absolutely come back to this little slice of paradise.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb with a group of 8 friends. The house was absolutely fantastic and incredibly spacious for all of us. Safety was a top priority for us, and we felt secure at all times in this gated and secured neighborhood near the Marina. The photos online truly don’t do this place justice. The house is even more beautiful in person. Each room was spacious with comfortable king size beds and it’s own restroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone in our group. The pool and outdoor spaces were immaculate and provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. We encountered no issues with the pool and the entire outdoor area was well-maintained. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There’s a small market just down the street which made it very convenient for us to grab snacks and drinks. Overall our group had a great experience. Additionally the host was friendly and very welcoming. This Airbnb is a gem that we can’t wait to return to.

What a beautiful home! We loved staying here. The photos really don’t do it justice. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The master bedroom is downstairs and opens onto the pool patio area. There are three bedrooms upstairs. In order to access the beautiful veranda with spectacular views of the marina, you have to go through one of the upstairs bedrooms. For this reason, we hardly used it. Our friends were staying in that room so it was a bit awkward. The pool was quite cool but the hot tub was perfect. We used it daily. We had a problem with the pump and the management team was quick to respond. We also ran low on propane and had propane delivered within hours. Great customer service! I do advise people to bring bug spray. While sitting near the outside bar a couple of people in our group got bit several times. It was much more comfortable once we had bug spray. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable house. We were on family trip with 7 adults and there was ample space for everyone to be comfortable. Love that all the bedrooms feel private and have their own large bathrooms. Pool and patio are lovely and private. Neighborhood safe and it is a short walk to the marina. Many greats restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

We had an amazing stay! Having king beds and en suites in each bedroom made everyone feel comfortable and restful. The location is great - walkable to the more touristy areas and the Waldorf Astoria but is a part of a peaceful and safe part of town. The staff was helpful and responsive

Casa Isabella is a nice property. Rooms were big and it was nice that each room had its own bathroom. Upstairs deck was awesome. There is not a lot of natural light in the house so it felt dark. The one area of the house that needs improvement is the kitchen. The kitchen light for tasks like cutting and chopping were so low it was hard to see. Other minor things such as more dinnerware, serving bowls, whisks, sheet pans would have been nice to have. We used mixing bowls to serve food. Overall a nice place and the host was very responsive.

Beautiful home, location couldn’t be better. Just a few minutes from the marina and shops. Host was amazing, helped us secure transportation to and from the airport. Beautiful home with a great pool. Rooms are large. The location was at the end of the commercial areas. Needed a car to get around, but the place was very safe.

The house was lovely - just as we had seen on AirBnB. The downstairs area is open plan, so very easy to move around, to cook, to read a book etc. (There is one bedroom on this ground floor with en suite bathroom as well as a separate toilet) and all the windows open onto the patio, so it's great for easy access to the pool which is lovely - note: the steps into the pool are on the near left hand side. The pool is quite deep so really great for swimming, games, finding coins on the floor. the 9 y.o. who was with us was swimming like a fish after 2 weeks! Upstairs is a lovely terrace (furnished) accessed through one of the bedrooms but shared by all! Great in the evenings with a gentle breeze and lovely views across the valley, The surroundings are very private - and the security guards do a great job controlling who has access to the area. Also just a short walk to the marina, shops, restaurants and small markets.

We loved our stay at Casa Isabella. Transportation at the airport was lined up by our host and we were greeted at our Airbnb and given a nice tour upon arrival.  It is a beautiful home and very nicely located… better walking ease than 80% of homes in Pedagral We walked to and from the marina, restaurants, clubs, and excursions with no issues. We always felt very safe. The three men in our group ended up getting pretty violent diarrhea for a couple days, but not sure where the bug was picked up at… Women were fine.  January Weather was perfect with the low 60s at night and upper 70s every afternoon. The Hot tub got hot very fast and worked great. The pool hardly got used since the water was so chilly.  We loved sitting out on the beautiful balcony laughing and having drinks (need the missing glass top for the balcony table replaced). Overall, fantastic lodging and vacation.

Casa Isabella is spacious and our host Patricia was very responsive. Finding the place was challenging as there is no actual house number and several taxis and shuttles had difficulty locating Casa Isabella. We enjoy walking so not an issue except going to Pedregal beach. You will probably need a ride back as it is quite a steep walk. Showers were difficult to adjust, probably due to the controls. There was plenty of hot water after maintenance arrived. All the beds need new mattresses. We had two people that got multiple mosquito bites when sitting by the pool. Great location. Good restaurant for breakfast and lunch at the tennis courts; and our hostess, Patricia had lots of great suggestions. You are close to the marina and a great little grocery store at the end of the street.

Casa Isabella was even more beautiful than the photos. The bedrooms were huge and it was great to have a large private bathroom in each one. Having use of the hot tub and pool was a definite highlight for our family and the house is only a 5 minute walk to the marina and downtown Cabo. It was very comfortable and well appointed, making us feel at home, we highly recommend Casa Isabella.

We love this airbnb so much! It actually looks better than the photos in person. It was super close to everything downtown and I loved the outdoor and indoor living vibes. The only area where I can see a little bit of improvement is cleaning the floors a little bit better. Besides that it was perfect!

My friends and I went to Cabo and had a great stay. Patricia and her team did a good job with responding to few issues we had with lighting and plumbing/drainage issues in one of the bedrooms. Prior to booking Casa Isabella, I’d read some of the reviews saying the host will fully stock the fridge upon arrival. I emailed Patricia to verify the price was $35 flat or if it depended on what was ordered. She told me it was a flat rate. I sent her a list of breakfast items, drinks, and snacks and once we arrived I was told the price was $180 which was not what was discussed in emails. Other than that, the house is very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and gated with 24 hr security and close to bars and restaurants.

The house is beautiful and Patricia was amazing. She was very accommodating and helpful. The house comfortably fit eight of us. My only suggestion to guests would be to bring a mosquito repellent.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed here. Beautiful big bedrooms, each with their bathroom. Relaxing pool and hot tub were great. Living room and kitchen were big enough for multiple families. It was so nice and relaxing to end our day overlooking Cabo up on the terrace.

Generally communication and resolution was timely. Each of the bedrooms was lovely. Location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Some of the main level furnishings are ripped/torn ( example 2 upholstered barstools). We felt the following was a significant issue: the pool is 5’5” deep. Majority of guests who are below 6’ cannot stand in the pool. I and other men and women 5’1” to 5’8” had to sit on steps at entry to pool for the entire week of our stay or sit in spa. We rented this place with a private pool to be able to use the pool. Recommendation— immediately purchase inflatable rings, rafts, etc. Outdoor chaises had no cushions and structurally they are in rough condition. Your multiple fountains are lovely but since they were not running, you must drain the stagnant water. Mosquito issue. With more attention to detail and action this could be a far better rental.

Overall a great place in a perfect location. Great balance between access to town with just a short walk, and feeling secluded with privacy. The views are amazing from the upstairs roof deck. Some amenities were unavailable upon our arrival, likely due to the bad weather, but Cristina was always available and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time with better weather!

Casa Isabella is a beautiful home, located in Pedregal! We were in walking distance to the many shops, restaurants, and bars in the downtown Marina area. Although the pictures are gorgeous online, the house looks even better in person and is SO spacious. Our host Patricia, had perfect communication before arrival & during our stay. She was quick to respond and able to accommodate groceries and a chef so we had those items ready when we arrived. This stay is in a safe gated community with 24 hour security at the front entrance. Absolutely beautiful home.  The architecture is amazing and plenty of space.  Walking distance to the Marina, so convenient.  We hope to come back to Casa Isabella again.  Patricia was fantastic and so prompt in responding to our needs.  Very accommodating.   Our only suggestion would be to update (new) the patio furniture, as some of it was broken, and to hire a pest control company for the mosquitoes - were were bitten A LOT.

Casa Isabella is a fabulous retreat nestled in the beautiful El Pedregal area of Cabo San Lucas. The house itself is it’s own vacation with all of the amazing amenities it offers. We particularly loved the view from the upstairs front patio. The location of the Villa could not be more perfect when venturing out to the downtown marina areas or getting food from the markets or restaurants. I highly recommend to stay at Casa Isabella and hope to have the opportunity to once again book a stay here. Cheers!

Great communication before arrival & during stay. We did have a few issues (AC in a bedroom, diningroom & garbage disposal), but Cristina was quick to help with what she could. Super close to town, so walking to/from was really easy. Nice view from upper deck & pool & hot tub were great! Looking forward to coming back again!

Casa Isabella was amazing! The pictures don’t do the home justice. Upon arriving we were greeted by the host Cristina and given a full tour of the home and had all of our questions answered. She also allowed us to check in early and check out late. Super accommodating thank you! Cristina was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and again, the home was wonderful. The hot tub was great, rooms are huge and every room has its own restroom. It is a gated community with 24 hour security at the front entrance. Felt very safe during our stay. We will definitely be back, thank you for hosting us!

Wow! Casa Isabella is quite special. The place feels grand and the photos don't do it justice. Every bedroom feels like it's own private suite, each with it's own large bathroom with walk-in shower, view and king size beds. My friends and I had the best stay and Patricia went out of her way to accommodate our needs beforehand (arranged airport transfers, groceries, flowers, and chef meals). The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and super close (walkable) to the marina, shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Patricia was amazing to work with during our stay in Cabo. She was able to accommodate us for everything like groceries, transportation, and things to do during our stay.

We came to Cabo for a bachelorette, and Casa Isabella was absolutely perfect for our group of 7! Patricia was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to schedule services for us. She scheduled us a private chef, multiple shuttles, and COVID testings. She also stocked our groceries for us before we got these, which was so helpful. Thanks to Patricia, our weekend went off without a hitch! The Airbnb was super spacious and well stocked with everything that we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The location was convenient and very safe. Highly recommend Patricia and her Airbnb! We had the best time at this property.

Myself and friends had the most amazing stay at Casa Isabella. This was one of the best Airbnb's  I have ever stayed in. Working with Patricia was amazing as she helped coordinate a personal chef & transportation for our stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this home, it’s located in convenient, safe and beautiful Pedregal ( great views!). The house is spacious and with each bedroom having its own bathroom it’s perfect for a group of friend or couples. We walked everywhere and when needed we needed to go further, we were able to call an Uber. Cristina was super helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the house a lot! I would highly recommend it and would love to have the chance to be back:

Awesome location.  Walking distance to shops and marina.  Whole experience was excellent!  Highly recommend for large groups.  Every bedroom has its own bathroom.  Pool and hot tub were fabulous.  Great communication with host.  Loved having the private chef for a lunch and later in the week, a dinner.  Was an all around great experience.  Thanks!
