As many of the villas are built into the side of Pedregal( The Rock ), this charming development is known worldwide for its incredible grand villas, it’s amazing views and it’s prestige. Every room has a WiFi extender in them and the terrace area has Bose speakers that connect to a Sonos system. Upon entry, the main level has a large open floor plan allowing all to enjoy entertaining and socializing together. The living room dining room and kitchen are all united enhanced with nothing but windows and large glass doors giving multiple access to the incredible outdoor spaces and views. Your granite and stainless steel kitchen is well stocked for those mornings and evenings for ones wishing to enjoy special moments at home! The setting bar for four and the dining room table for 10 provides ample space for indoors for all to enjoy dining together. There is a large outdoor Palapa with a sitting area for eight and a sofa sitting area as well. This has the most amazing views to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and reminisce over the day in Cabo San Lucas . All bedrooms are en suites offering the ultimate and privacy, while still enjoying traveling in the company of many! Three of the spacious bedroom and suites also include an outdoor showers. Each room has amazing ocean views. And they all have their own private beautiful balcony, again all with those amazing second to none views of the Pacific Ocean. Imagine waking up each morning with stunning views and the sounds of the Pacific ocean. Incredible! There are king beds in all five rooms and there are three outdoor showers in the upper bedrooms. There is a large deep pool that is heated to 86* year round . On the upper balcony we have a gorgeous hot tub that seats 10. Best views from the house! There is a washer and dryer available as well. There is a cactus garden in the backyard and Another seating area and a yard . Pedregal has its own desalination unit. There are several pickleball courts in pedregal. You will need to make reservations. We do have paddles and ball’s available for you to use on your stay. There is a small cafe by the courts that is open for breakfast and lunch November-June. Certain times of the year the mosquitoes are more prevalent than others. If you leave you room doors open during the day you might get mosquitos in your room. They are very small. Please keep your room doors closed if you don’t want mosquitoes. The property is sprayed often to help prevent them, but with outdoor living comes outdoor environment! We have gardeners and pool maintenance on Monday and Friday at 9am. There are also exterior security cameras, some are from Pedregal but we have two on the property . The cameras are there to protect the guest and our staff. Absolutely no interior cameras! Guest access There is a parking spot available. This is a gated community and it is close to the beach and pickleball courts There is a parking space in front of the front door. Other things to note Guest must be above 28 years old to book. Pedregal is located in one of the most exclusive communities throughout the Baja. The neighborhood is very beautiful and also very peaceful. Please respect the rules and obey all the regulations posted with this listing. Please treat this villa as you would your own. During late arrivals home after a night out in Cabo, please be conscious of quiet hours. Please take the party indoors and enjoy! This villa is newly purchased and new to the rental market, some of the decor will not appear as it does in the photos. Some new furnishings and decor will be added/removed as the year progresses. This home is a home that takes advantage of indoor and outdoor living! Because of that you may have contact with a lizard and even some bugs. This beautiful home in Pedregal was all that my family could ask for. From the moment we booked Stephanie’s home the service level was 5 diamond. Within minutes, I had a notification from her to get started on getting to know the property and things that we should do. She immediately connected us with Ali, who my wife and I just loved working with. She gave us some great ideas and was very open and honest about how everything worked with tours, etc. If anything came up that we needed help with or were unsure of her response time, if not in seconds, was within minutes (even while flying to see her family). This was by far the best trip I have ever been on, in large part due to our experience at Casa Dos Hermanas - Ali (concierge) consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and maintained lightning fast communication throughout the trip. The food/drink services provided by the chefs/bartender were top-notch, the house itself was incredible, and the neighborhood (Pedregal) was very safe, scenic, and close to almost everything we wanted to do around town. Ali had the best recommendations for things we wanted to do (golf, boat rental, restaurants, transportation) and she took all of the hassle out of the planning, so all we needed to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful stay at Casa dos Hermanas.  The property is lovely with breathtaking views of the ocean and the most spectacular sunsets in Pedregal.  The house is extremely clean with detailed attention to make the guests comfortable and feel at home.  Our host (Stephanie) and concierge (Ali) were very responsive.  I would highly recommend this space and would love to stay here again.

This was the second time we have stayed here and it’s a great place and worth the price. First time we stayed Stephanie was the host and she was the only one we communicated with and it went smooth. this time Stephanie added they a concierge which is basically another host and one that asks for a tip?? I have been a super host for yrs and asking someone to tip another host seems a little much. Also asking to tip the cleaning crew when charged $350 for our 3 nights and it wasn’t daily cleaning the only time we saw them was when leaving again seems a little much. Also I have used many chefs in Cabo they all clean the kitchen I was told it would come at an extra charge. The pool wasn’t heated on arrival something we were all looking forward to. I was told perhaps I should use the hot tub.

Well thanks for the review, I will say I was a little disappointed after accommodating so many of your requests.  I will agree that when you arrived the pool was only at 83 degrees, not the 86 degrees that we promoted in our posting.  We quickly switched it on and within 2 hrs it was at 86 degrees.   Also, tips are just that “Tips” and they are optional and discretionary.  Most customers do tip our concierge because they appreciate the ease and simplicity of everything from groceries to prescriptions, to excursions, dining arrangements, etc.  However, in your case, you had asked for the pool to be turned up to 90 degrees, and the hot tub up to 102 degrees, and we obliged at no extra costs.  Normally we would charge for this extra heating due to the cost involved in getting the pool to 90 degrees, but we did not, we had simply said “We will not charge you, you can just tip our staff.”  We have never had a guest request the pool be at 90 degrees!  Regarding the chef cleaning up, he did clean up the mess he made, but is not expected to clean the entire kitchen of the mess you made.  However, when we asked him about this he agreed to go back and clean the entire kitchen, which he promptly did.  The cleaning fees are very clearly spelled out in our post.  It is a very large home and our team does a great job of making sure the house is perfect when our guests arrive.  This 4-star review was very disappointing, not only is it our first one, but since we did so much to accommodate your stay.

What an incredible home! The photos don’t even begin to do it justice. 8 of us stayed here and it never once felt crowded. The rooms are all extremely private, all looked out into the ocean  and all had their own private patios. We ate breakfasts under the palapa and watched sunset from the hot tub on the top level. Our Concierge, Ali, was amazing. She was never further than a quick text away. It’s an easy 15 minute taxi ride to town and the marina. Our  best meal was made in the villa buy a chef organized by Ali, delicious and reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks so much for an exceptional stay!

More than any other AirBnB that I’ve stayed in, this house felt like staying at a friend’s home. This was our second time in a year we stayed at Casa Dos Hermanas, and it was nothing short of magical. The moment you walked in the views are breathtaking. The house is well appointed with everything you need to live comfortably for as long as you’re staying. The concierge provided, Bianca, was extraordinary and planned everything for us daily, including booking all the rides. And Stephanie is a fantastic host. We were greeted with complimentary food and margaritas that was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. We didn’t realize this was the season for humpback and grey whales, which provided a constant live show that spoiled us. We will definitely be back.

Where can I start with this amazing home and host? First, this house was so clean, safe, and modern. The pictures do not do the home & view justice (even though the pictures are great!). The view is jaw-dropping spectacular. You literally feel like you are swimming right in the pacific with the infinity pool. We came during whale watching season & saw multiple whales breech while we were in the pool! At night, stars are so bright & it’s so peaceful in Pedregal, you can hear the waves crashing on the beaches below. SO relaxing. The interior of the house is also top notch! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need! Great AC and super comfy beds! We slept like rocks after swimming all day. Stephanie is such a thoughtful & responsive host. Always made sure we had what we needed & brought in a private chef to cook us a delish complimentary brekkie. Totally unnecessary but so kind! We loved this family-friendly house and will come back in a heartbeat!

This is a wonderful place! The views were spectacular! The pool was warm and inviting. We loved just hanging out in the pool waiting for our next meal! The chef was amazing. This is an exceptional property. The pictures are gorgeous but the real thing is even better. The common areas are exceptional. The infinity pool with its 180-degree view of the ocean is spectacular.  The pool water was the perfect tempature. The outdoor dining room is made for special meals.  The extra setting areas on the roof top and in the garden are so beautiful. Each bedroom has their own ensuite.  And the two masters have outdoor showers (in addition to indoor showers). If you have never had the experience of a private outdoor shower - you are in for a treat. And the house comes with a conceirge! We totally used Jess, the wonderful conceirge, to plan two chef on-premise meals, arrange restaurant reservations, sailing reservations, ordering flowers, cake, transportation. Best vacation ever!

Wow! What a beautiful property. We really enjoyed that the home is more outside than inside with outdoor showers in almost every room. The rooms were really hotel grade and the kitchen was a chefs dream! We had a chef come cook for us most of the days, with was the best idea! The pool was warm and towels seemed to be brand-new. The washer and dryer was great to have to make us feel like we were at home. Jess was our Concierge gal and I give her 5 stars for her hospitality alone. The host Stephanie couldn't be more accommodating with us traveling with a 6month old. I can't wait to go back!

This place is gorgeous, the views the decor, everything about it. Very good communication and exactly like it is described. My entire family loved the location and the views. Spent most of the time near the pool and patio enjoying the views. Location was great, close to the marina, restaurants and shopping. 100% recommend.

Villa Dos Hermanas is a wonderful villa and place to stay. We spent most of our time near the pool and semi-outdoor kitchen, but there are countless nice places to hangout. The view is spectacular, especially the Pacific sunsets. The host was accommodative, responsive, and helpful in making sure we had a great time. The pictures on the listing are all accurate. Dos Hermanas is nestled among other beautiful villas on a mountain overlooking the Pacific in the gated community of Pedregal. We always felt safe and it was only about 15-minute taxi to downtown Cabo. Overall, I definitely recommend staying at Dos Hermanas and working with Stephanie!
