Layout
On the main level, there are five bedrooms: three with private bathrooms and two sharing a large bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently remodeled.
Downstairs, accessible via a spacious internal stairwell, you will find the cozy kitchen, dining area, and a large living room equipped with a 55-inch smart TV—an ideal spot for sharing stories from the day’s adventures. This level also includes a laundry room with a pool bathroom and two additional bedrooms (6 and 7) sharing a bathroom.

COVID-19 Cleaning Policy
The villa follows enhanced cleaning protocols during the pandemic. It remains closed for 24 hours before check-in and after check-out. All surfaces and equipment, including TV remotes, are sanitized with organic cleaners. Floors are disinfected using bleach followed by alcohol. Staff members wear masks at all times to ensure guest safety.

The house was a dream, perfect for our 4 families! the pool was perfect for the kids and the house fit everyone comfortably. The on-site concierge was responsive, helpful, and had a ton of recommendations. Luis and the house chef made delicious food for parents and kids and made the stay feel like a hotel while having the flexibility and comfort of an air bnb. I highly recommend this house, the staff, and the overall experience, it was a dream!

This was my first time traveling to Manuel Antonio with a large group of friends and this place was perfect! Extremely clean Airbnb and our host checked on us frequently making sure we didn’t need anything else during our stay. This place has everything you need and then some! We felt very safe and secure.

Nice house, worked great for our multi-generational family reunion. It's nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We got to see monkeys come through the trees one day which was amazing. The chef that we got through the concierge service was amazing, would highly recommend. The roads to get up to the house aren't the easiest, but the directions provided were very accurate and we found the house with only one wrong turn :).

The home was beautiful and in pristine condition. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean, from a wonderful patio and pool area. Close to a beautiful beach and Manuel Antonio Park. Highly recommended.

One of our best family vacations! The house was exactly as described, extremely comfortable and spacious for multiple families. The yard is beautiful and comfortable, the pool and BBQ area is a plus, especially after doing tours or hiking all day. The whole house comes equipped with absolutely everything and anything you will need.The washer and dryer is definitely a Plus when traveling light or with small kids. Karen was extremely responsive and helpful through the entire planning process ever since we booked it. They were lots of recommendations and impeccable concierge service. Once we checked in Eduardo, our concierge was also very proactive and responsive, Even helping us arrange for groceries or meals to get delivered to the house . Truly a top notch service & property. There is nothing within walking distance, however, it’s very easy and accessible to get to it and to other tourist attractions would definitely go back!

This was a wonderful rental! With the seven bedrooms, we felt that the price is the best we could find for our crew. The outdoor patio is exquisite for birdwatching throughout the day, especially in the morning. And of course monkeys! To be prepared for the host/concierge to reach out very proactively to you via email, including a spreadsheet, which is a little bit surprising. It is definitely not a hands-off host experience but we found their/recommendations very helpful. We had absolutely no problems finding the place because Eduardo made a video and dropped pin.

We had an amazing stay at Casa del Sol. We were a party of ten between the ages of 5-71 and we were all very comfortable. The three master suits was a wonderful bonus. There were howler monkeys to be heard every morning. Macaws flying overhead, Tuscans nesting in nearby trees, squirrel and capuchin monkeys swinging in the trees outside every day. The pool was pristine, the outdoor shower was also a great touch. There is comfort both inside for watching movies and playing games and outside for wildlife viewing and soaking up the sun. It is right between Quepos and the national park, leaving you no more than 15 minutes from the best activities. We did a pleasure cruise on the Brisa Elegante, ziplining with El Sanctuario, kayaking in the mangroves at Nacarcosta, a night tour through Finca Salamamdria and a guided trip through Manuel Antonio national park. All amazing adventures. The concierge and maid service were top knotch. So responsive and attentive. Everything was perfect.

Words cannot describe my experience at this property. From the moment of booking until post-checkout, everything was perfect. The vacation planning they offered was worth every penny and helped make our group trip go smoothly. The chef we had was very friendly, his food was AMAZING, and he was very flexible. My little one wanted to take him with us to La Fortuna, lol. Our concierge was welcoming and responsive. He was able to help with anything we needed. On our first night there, he even purchased scotch tape so I could hang up decorations for my little one's birthday. The housekeepers came daily, which was great considering we had 10 people. My favorite thing about the property was how surrounded by nature it is. We saw toucans, macaws, a family of squirrel monkeys, and various other birds. I cannot wait to return!!

The Casa del Sol was a beautiful house with a terrific view and great responsive support from the staff. The rooms were really nicely done (the house looks to have been renovated in the very recent past), up in the hills above Manuel Antonio, and there is plenty of space with a seating area near the pool and an upper balcony. As with most places, there were a few small issues---the air conditioning wasn't functional in one of the bedrooms, we had a misunderstanding/delay/cancellation with one of the activities that the house arranged for us. The initial contact we had was replaced with our concierge, who arrived to let us into the house and responded to our questions (even about a friendly dog who followed us back from dinner :). Just a quick note: the house is somewhat challenging to get to, with a sharp uphill curve and switchback, and as with all roads in CR, watch where you're driving. Truly a lovely place with great amenities, nice pool, good support. Would happily stay again.
